In just a few minutes by car or bike, you can reach the famous Poetto Beach, the historic center of Cagliari, and other picturesque natural areas.

The villa is spread over 3 floors, and the interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM IIII with a double bed, a single bed, a pull-out single bed, and an en suite bathroom;

-> GROUND FLOOR:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, small table, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils, and access to the outdoor veranda;

- LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, smart TV, and dining table;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed and closet;

- BATHROOM I with a bathtub with shower, bidet, toilet, and sink;

- Outdoor VERANDA accessible from the kitchen, with a table, chairs, and a barbecue.

- BEDROOM II with a single bed that converts to a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM II with a shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.

The villa is located on Viale Marco Polo, in Quartu Sant’Elena, in a quiet residential area that serves as the ideal starting point for exploring some of southern Sardinia’s most beautiful attractions. Just a few minutes away by car or bike is the famous Spiaggia del Poetto, one of the island’s most renowned beaches. Traveling along the picturesque coastal road toward Villasimius, you’ll reach the splendid Mari Pintau Beach, whose name means “painted sea.” Its waters, with their intense shades of turquoise, and its unspoiled landscape make it one of the most enchanting beaches on the southeastern coast.



For nature lovers, the nearby Molentargius-Saline Regional Nature Park offers a unique experience among trails, lagoons, and protected areas. Here, you can explore on foot or by bike and observe the famous pink flamingos, which are permanent residents of this ecosystem of great natural value, along with numerous other bird species.



The historic center of Quartu Sant’Elena retains the charm of its traditions.
