New 2 bed villa with large panoramic pool 40min to beaches

Immaculately restored 2 bedroom villa with private covered patio and use of the pool. Historical Pistoia within 15min drive and only 50min to the sandy beaches of Versilia. This newly renovated barn has been furnished and decorated with great character. Friendly and unintrusive owners live few hundred meters away are available in case of need. The property is located in a strategic location to visit Florence by car or train in less than 1 hour. The beaches in Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio are less than 1 hour away by car or train. Lesser known Pistoia, Prato, Vinci are only few towns worth visiting and away from the mass tourism. The peaks of Abetone are also a locals' favourites destination both in winter and summer. For those seeking a peaceful location, the villa is a perfect retreat without compromise on practicality to get into town. Quarrata is only 5 min drive down the road, with its pretty historical centre full of character and away from mass tourism. Must see places in the area are the hidden jewels of Pistoia and Montecatini Terme located within 30min drive. Lucca is a must in your exploring plans at this property. The villa is located on a high location assuring guests with a constantly mild temperature even in peak season. However the villa is fully air conditioned in case you find Italian summers too warm for you.

This charming villa is all on ground floor with entrance through its shady verandah equipped with outdoor furniture. Homely touches and pastel colours will make the first impression. The open plan kitchen/dining room enjoys plenty of natural light. The kitchen has a 2 ring cooker and a small fridge with freezer compartment. In the villa there is a washing machine and an electric grill. There is a good size double bedroom with access to the garden and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a little smaller with 2 single beds that can become double on request. Both bedrooms benefit of a TV SAT with many foreign channels. There is an additional bathroom with beautiful tiles and a large shower. The amicable owners speaks a fluent English (Basic French speaking) .The pool which measures 6m x 12m and is 1.5m deep all the way.

The pool is located 100meters away and is accessed by a walkway (more practical when using a pushchair) or 10 steps stairway with handrail. The area around the pool is immaculately kept and surrounded by lush vegetation over which there is a fantastic view of the valley. The owners are keen on sharing their hearty produces of the season such as tomatoes and other vegetables that can be found on the way to the pool. On a side of the pool you will find a shaded area with table and chairs and a built in barbecue where to enjoy an outdoor meal.

It was a pleasure to visit this beautiful location last year. The tiny house reflects the toscan flair perfectly! The pool is just a view meters away from the house, surrounded by a besutiful garden. Also very nice view from there! Sometimes you see the house owners who live next to the booking object. They are very friendly and will help you whenever you have a question or need!We had a rental car, so we made some trips to florence, pisa and other smaller villages. Also all supermarkets are reachable in 10minutes with the car. We had a wonderful week there, probably we‘ll book again! All the best and greatings out to Elo

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Delle Rose war einfach wunderschön. Das Haus ist strategisch gut gelegen, Pistoia, Lucca, Florenz sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wunderschön dekoriert. Der Ausblick ist herrlich und der Pool und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Consuelo, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Tipps für Ausffüge und Restaurants. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2Hunde) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une ravissante maison où rien ne manque. Le paysage depuis le jardin de la maison est exceptionnel. La piscine ainsi que le jardin qui l'entoure sont fabuleux ! Les propriétaires de ce petit paradis sont charmants et toujours disponibles. La connexion Internet parfaite !

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans la location de Consuelo qui se situe au calme sur les hauteurs de Quarrata, en pleine nature. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, notre hôte a été des plus agréables et nous a conseillé pour les visites ou la logistique des transports. La location est idéalement située pour les visites au Nord de Florence. La piscine est très bien aménagée. Les repas en terrasse sont tres sympathiques au couché du soleil. Consuelo a fait l'effort de communiquer avec nous systematiquement en français, ce qui est très appréciable. Cette semaine de vacances a repondu à toutes nos attentes !

A piece of heaven! Consuelo is a lovely host, and speaks excellent English. The little house is beautiful and perfect for 4. It was immaculately clean and so cosy. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, the sunsets amazing. Consuelo was very attentive to our needs, we often had surprise gifts of fruit, tomatoes and basil from her garden awaiting us when we returned in the evenings. A beautiful place... And the swimming pool was fantastic, we were privileged indeed to have it to ourselves all week. A great place, a lovely host and perfect tranquil base to visit beautiful Tuscany. We highly recommend!

Lovely villa, exactly as described, and in a superb setting. It was rather isolated, but that just made it more relaxing. The only negative was the temperature of the pool.. it was cold!

Coccolati fin dall'inizio, tutta la famiglia ci ha accolto al meglio, non facendoci mancare nulla, dalla verdura dell'orto a qualche cadeau serale come focacce e dolci. Per quanto riguarda l'abitazione è molto carina ed accogliente, la piscina con vista vallata è situata a circa 100 metri, dove si trova anche il caminetto per fare grigliate. Unica nota dolente dal nostro punto di vista, sono i pochi o nulli i servizi a disposizione vicino all'abitazione come ristoranti, supermercati... Nel complesso comunque rimane un ottimo posto dove rilassarsi, godere della tranquillità del posto e dei suoi frutti.

The villa is beautiful, the pool is outstanding, the view is breath-taking. We completely fell in love with everything about our stay at this gorgeous, tranquil villa. Consuelo is the kindest, most generous and lovely person and thanks to her and her family we have brought back with us such happy memories. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone who wants to find a little piece of heaven in the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

Nothing was too much trouble for Consuelo and she went out of her way to be as helpful as possible and to ensure our holiday was memorable. The property was very well maintained and everything worked without any problems whatsoever.

Nous sommes un couple qui avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines du 12 au 29 septembre 2018, dans cette très jolie maison aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, très fonctionnelle et quel plaisir de profiter de la piscine tous les jours. Toute la famille de Consuelo est vraiment très sympathique, avenante. Il y avait toujours une surprise qui nous attendait sur la table de la terrasse : tomates, salades, huile, cake, etc.... ILs nous on très bien accueillis tout en restant très discrets. La villa est très bien située pour aller visiter les villes de Florence, Vinci, Pistoa.... Consuelo était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous informer sur les belles choses à voir, manger et à faire en Toscane. Nous avons adoré notre séjour, et nous reviendrons. Lovely villa up in the mountains, beautiful views, great for a rural retreat! Consuelo was an amazing host, so welcoming & accommodating! Villa had everything you needed, the pool was perfect for relaxing days! Location was good for touring Tuscany, highly recommend, will definitely stay here again if we return to Tuscany.

The villa is lovely, the facilities are superb (especially the pool!) and the website description sells it short in every respect. The owner is very kind and helpful and gave us local produce on arrival and even cake. The accommodation and location exceeded our expectations in every way and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Vi är fantastiskt nöjda med vår semester hos Mrs Consuelo Bandinelli. Hon är en del av att det blev så trevligt, vi fick hjälp med och svar på allt som vi undrade över. Huset ligger fint och var väldigt trivsamt, poolen var en liten oas för sig. Bästa hälsningar Sofie, Thomas och Karin från Sverige
