"Staff was kind of rude. They don't actually own the pool so you feel like you don't belong there. Just kinda meh."

"There is no parking and to park its 26$ every 8 hours , the room was nice outside tge fact that it was dirty the rugs hadnt been vacuumed in a while , there was no curtains in the huge window for the living room but the brackets and pole were there , there was a quarter roll of toilet paper and no paper towels when i asked the cleaning person for both I got I no speak english so I had to get them myself, and the best part ever the comforter on the bed had a huge hole in it as well as a stain ,...

"Lovely apartment located in the heart of Midtown, next door to supermarkets, stores, and several restaurants. The apartment itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. I traveled with my husband and infant daughter and had a great stay here."

"The staff was lovely but the area was not “safe”as the Uber driver told us not to walk around. We did venture out and saw zombie like drugged people stumbling in the road with their pants down. The TV didn’t work. They were doing some improvements but it’s a historic building that cannot have certain updates. Must carry luggage up 2 sets of stairs due to no elevator. "

"When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready and when I did get a room, it was the wrong room Then I had to come all the way downstairs to get the right room key and the plumbing in the room with the shower is on. It sounds like a boat when the rooms around you take a shower you still hear that same noise. The toilet water comes out of the toilet when you flush it. I did not enjoy my stay. I hope this helps."

"Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or...
