"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower.

"We spent two weeks in Lombok and Bali. It was one of the best stays ever. The staff is very friendly (even the trainee did her job very well). They fulfilled our special requests. The floating breakfast and the romantic private dinner were great. We were satisfied. The privacy is fantastic."

"Our stay at Barong was beautiful, from the grounds and gardens to the exquisite room and view. This is the real Bali. Beautiful and tranquil countryside setting among rice fields.

"A family of 5 (3 teenagers). Villa was clean, beautiful with lots of charm. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the staff were super helpful after a very long flight and taxi ride to get there. Is a little isolated up a hill but a beautiful location. The staff organised lunch to be delivered when we arrived which was delicious. Also helped organise a taxi for the next day.
