"This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. "Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

"The property is absolutely top-notch. The location is STUNNING!! My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. "To start, I'm a hotel girl- I like reliability and comfort. When traveling I dont want to do the same home tasks. So my bar is quite high for short stay rentals. The whole experience w pure lux was on point. Beautiful apartment EXACTLY like the pics. Super market around the corner, bus station 4 min walk, 20 min walk to the lake, so easy to communicate with, bedding more comfortable than the hotels we've stayed at, and very affordable for the area. Highly recommend and I came for a conference...

"Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic."

"We had a great stay. A nice upstairs apartment with it's own entrance and a great area. Nice kitchen, washroom, and great bedroom. "This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully. "
