Amazing apartment, location and host!

My husband and I stayed at Susan’s place while celebrating our anniversary and touring wedding venues, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment had everything we needed—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Susan was an incredible host, super responsive and helpful, even going the extra mile to connect us with a nearby venue we were hoping to visit and helping us find local hikes/walks that were appropriate for someone with a knee injury in winter. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. If we do end up choosing a venue in this area, we will definitely include this apartment on our list of places for family/friends to stay. The bedroom also had so much storage, which was a great bonus. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we’d absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Locale

Location couldn’t have been more ideal. The kids (7 & 10) thoroughly enjoyed visiting the beach clubs, not to mention seeing humpbacks and spotted dolphins in the bay. My son caught his first fish (with a little assistance), which made for a perfect sashimi lunch.

Amazing Anniversary Trip!!

This was our second trip to Hacienda de Mita and already planning our next trip. Love being so close to town and be able to have the golf cart. Ryan was very easy to work with and Fernanda was so awesome as well. Thanks for sharing your house with us. Can't wait to come again soon!

The Definition of Relaxation

Just returned from an extremely relaxed and restful break in Punta Mita. The condo was spacious, clean, well appointed and in a great area. When not resting no the patio, we were swimming at one of the local beaches or cooling down in the nearby pool. Also loved a couple of the nearby restaurants and hope to explore more of them next time - with expectation that yes, there will be a next time! Importantly, Ryan was an amazing host. VERY quick to offer suggestions and recommendations and also very responsive to any questions (and we had a few!) along the way as we prepared for the trip.

Week in Paradise

There isn't much else to say except "Fantastic!" We had the most amazing week in Punta Mita in this villa. Everything was perfect. The home was well appointed - very clean and updated. The rooms large and comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us. Very luxurious. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the patio, looking out at the pool and golf course. Then we took the golf cart (such a nice bonus to have a good condition 6 seater for our group) to the beach clubs each day to enjoy the sun, surf and sand. And in the evenings we went to town for amazing dinners. What more could one want for a vacation??? Ryan (the owner) was super helpful from the time we booked until we left. Answering all of our questions and offering lots of great tips and advice. The concierge was spectacular - making all of our dinner reservations, booking our transportation, helping us with everything. We absolutely loved our stay in Hacienda de Mita. We wish we were still there.. what a magical place!

Peaceful, well furnished unit with lovely views!

We were all smiles when walking into this beautifully equipped condo...the property was better than expected, with expansive golf course views and the ocean in the background. The building is in a convenient quiet location, easy golf cart access in and out, and just a few minute walk down to the beach. We were a group of 7 girls with ample space to spread out. We particularly enjoyed the patio with the comfy furniture for lounging. I would recommend adding the chef for breakfast - so convenient before venturing out to the numerous beach clubs! We will be back!!

Gorgeous property, impeccable service!

My family spent 4 days in Punta Mita and our stay was perfect. The property is well located and beautifully appointed, just steps from the beach club. Ryan, the owner, helped us plan our logistics so that we had nothing to worry about - with a top notch concierge, car service recommendations, in house chef and housekeeping. We couldn't have been better taken care of and happier with our experience. We look forward to our next visit!

STAY HERE!!

Having rented many homes from VRBO, this was by far the best both in owner communication as well as the condo itself. From the very first inquiry Ryan (the owner) was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were scheduled to start our trip the day Hurricane Willa was expected to make landfall and Ryan graciously worked with us to bump our trip out a couple days. Regarding the home itself - FANTASTIC!, beautifully decorated with lovely bedding and breath taking tranquil views from the patio (our favorite place to have breakfast). Concierge service was wonderful and on the ball and such a treat to come home to a cleaned home daily. The golf cart was a huge added bonus and we took advantage of exploring all the various beach clubs that are made available (Fortuna being our favorite). Highly recommend exploring the town outside the wall. Lovely shops and some good restaurants. If you have time and want a little different vibe,the town of Sayulita i(20 min drive) is fun, lively and colorful. This was our first trip to Punta Mita and certainly not our last. It has so much to offer and incredibly safe with top notch service, food and drinks!! Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing family getaway!

All I can say is WOW! This place is stunning and looks even better in real life. There are three things that really made this condo the perfect place for our visit to Punta Mita: * Location -- located inside of the gates of the Punta Mita resort area, this condo is perfectly situated to access one of the many beach clubs by foot or by golf cart. It's a 5 min walk to get into town -- which was perfect when we needed to pick up extra ice, aloe vera gel, or souvenirs. It's safe, serene and we could feel our stress melting away the second we arrived. * Amenities - We were travelling with our 2 kids and their grandparents. This condo is gorgeous and spacious - each master bedroom has its own sitting area, so there is plenty of space to sit quietly with a book. The patio is something from a magazine - and we spent many mornings/ evenings out there talking, dining and enjoying songs from the birds. The condo also comes with a 6-person golf cart - so you can easily get wherever you need to go. Plus - you have access to several beach clubs - each with their own pools, beach and full service bar/ restaurant. We checked them all out and agreed that Kapuri was the best for kids (think boogie board/ surfboard rentals), Punta Mita beach club was the best for sunsets, Sufi had the best food and Hacienda de mita was the quietest/ most relaxing. * The people -- what really took this stay to the next level was the caliber of people we interacted with prior to and during our visit. Starting with the condo owners - who were extremely kind and helpful and answered (my millions of questions) before our trip so that we felt completely prepared and ready for our vacation. The concierge was top-notch and arranged everything for us -- groceries, chef, dinner reservations, golf, spa...we didn't have to worry about anything the entire time we were there, which is an amazingly relaxing feeling. The housekeeper and chef were both outstanding and I'm still dreaming of the whole red snapper our chef excellently prepared for us one night. All in all - after visiting numerous cities and resorts around Mexico, this was seriously one of our favorite vacations and we can't wait to come back to visit! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Fantastic condo!

We have been going to Punta Mita for a while and the condo at Hacienda de Mita was definitely very enjoyable. Clean, safe and our concierge Mariela as always very professional. Perfect for family vacation, couples etc. Nice views of the golf course and very spacious. Very quite and private. Golf cart was in perfect condition to go everywhere to the beach clubs and to the little town to dine. I will definitely highly recommend this place!.!!

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay in Punta Mita! This condo was beautiful, the property and property management were fantastic and the communication with the owner was great too. We could not have asked for a better vacation!

Awesome view

Just got back today. We were two families of 4, total of 8. Great layout for this combination. Very close to town and great restaurants. Also used a chef one night, which was very good and made for a special night. Sufi beach club is great - quiet and relaxing (no "beach"), and we really enjoyed the Kupuri beach club (awesome beach, very sandy, similar to Carolinas beaches - long/wide and great for walks or playing games). The beach by Hacienda de Mita is rocky and not worth much time. Golf carts are great for getting around, no need for a car. Played golf at Pacifico course, great course, hole #7 is the one off of the back patio. The owner Ryan was very helpful for our stay.

Beautiful unit and is exactly as shown in the photos.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location within the gates of Punta Mita. Ryan and Gabby from the management team met me at the unit, was available if needed for anything and having the golf cart was great! We will return in the future. Great spot!

spectacular property!

Beautiful new condo with lovely furnishings and all the amenities, including a great Bluetooth sound system...! Excellent location to get around to all the beaches, golf, town and restaurants. The sunsets are amazing as you look over the golf course. Comes with brand new 4 person golf cart... Concierge and daily maid always there to meet your needs with a smile... I highly recommend it for your next Punta Mita vacation.... Did not want to leave...!

Hacienda de Mita get-a-way

We just spent 5 days at this Hacienda de Mita condominium in Punta Mita. The condo is well located with a golf course view and a short walk (or even shorter golf cart ride - 2 minutes) to the beach. The condo is very nicely decorated with virtually all new furniture and accessories. The main room is extremely well laid out with sliding doors to open up to the huge deck. 3 of the bedrooms were over-sized with the fourth a bunk room plus washer and dryer. Our visit included a 6-person golf cart which was very handy to visit the 4 beach clubs where access is granted for guests of this unit. The owners were extremely helpful and contacted us directly before the trip to ensure our needs were met. The concierge service and housekeeping on site were also excellent and served to make our trip carefree. Although there are many great restaurants "within the wall", we enjoyed venturing outside the wall (a 2 minute drive in the golf cart to a secure exit walking gate) to the 6 wonderful restaurants right on the beach in the small adjacent town of Punta de Mita. Would not hesitate to go back and visit this neat, clean and spacious accommodation.
