"It is an average hotel, mainly for conferences (as it had 5+ conference rooms). The location was near the Straits of Johore, and thats why we choose it. Unfortunately there is nothing around the hotel except army facilities and buildings - no local shops. Due to road works the road trip took over 30 minutes to get the hotel. One of the best features of the hotel was the free bus trip to the MRT station, for a quick and very cheap trip back to the airport."

"Surrounding was tranquil and 50m swimming pool an advantage. Room spacious but dated and bathroom smelled. Staffs at reception were unfriendly and unhelpful. Be prepared to get your own luggage trolley to lug your bags up your rooms and vice versa; no help from staffs at all. No hospitality during our 4days stay there. Been a guest of OCC for years but recent stay was a major disappointment. "

"Hotel was located about 12 minutes walk from the nearest metro stop. Staff was extremely warm and accomodating. Room very comfortable. Good value for money."

"I went with this hotel primarily because I wanted a shuttle service. Unfortunately I had a 90 minute wait from the airport and then their morning service didn't start until 8am (which meant a cab to make my morning flight). Perhaps it said this on the booking, but I didn't see it."

"Very clean but the room, the triplet was facing the road and was very noisy because of the traffic"

"Hotel 81 Changi suited my needs very well. I was passing through Singapore, having a 30 hour layover. My room was not large but was clean and quiet. The hotel is located about 400 metres from a metro station which in turn is about 20 minutes from the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful."

"Good location where it’s not too crowded. Right next to a mall where many small restaurants, great varieties. Also a cat cafe nearby 😹Great food selections in breakfast. Lovely clean swimming pool. Convenient laundry machines. Good exercise room. Room has full-length mirror, many lights and outlets, a padded long seat by the window (could sleep one more person) Well-designed room. We will stay here again if we come in the future."

"Great location on the East Coast side of Singapore. Lots of eateries all around."

"Only stayed for one night and arrived late evening from the airport. The room was clean and comfortable which was all we needed. The hotel looked after our bags whilst we explored Singapore the next day and kindly provided showers and towels for us to freshen up before flying out. Great service."

"We loved our stay at hotel indigo,room was fantastic loved the décor and from window,was to die for, everything was clean,it was also very quiet at night,it was a great area plenty to do within easy walk,the staff were all nice and couldn't be more helpful, overall it was a really nice stay and will be looking out for other indigo hotels in the future,big thanks"
