"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. "I stayed at Four Points by Sheraton for one night, accommodation and facilities were excellent. Located within walking distance of shopping mall. Reception staff were helpful. I really liked the restaurant, which had wide choice of food selection for breakfast and dinner. I was extremely impressed with restaurant staff who provided really good service. I will certainly use this hotel again."
