"Was very difficult to find the unit and large amount of walking from parking lot was not disclosed. Unit had a window open upon arrival and the broken screen was propped against outside wall. Cleaning supplies had not been put away. Toilets and shower were dirty. Fan/light in bathroom running at excessive volume. Tried to cancel booking within an hour and was met with a very ungenerous cancellation policy. "

"The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful."

"Tony was the absolute best host. The home was very clean, had plenty of space for our family and our celebration. We will book again for the next family weekend and graduation if we are able. It was so wonderful to be able to cook meals and spend time - and the young adults loved the hot tub!"
