At Villa Massidda, you stay right by the sea – you can see, smell, and feel the refreshing sea air. The villa offers pure bathing fun and is set in an idyllic garden with direct access to the beach. Spread over three floors, you will find plenty of space. If you want to experience Sardinian village life in addition to this wonderful location, you can reach the town of Pula with its shops, restaurants, and weekly market in just a few kilometers. The archaeological site of Nora impresses with Roman ruins dating back to the 9th century BC.



Dream villa on the beach

Villa Massidda is a bright, airy house on a large garden plot. It extends over two floors and offers a relaxed beach house atmosphere. Upstairs, the spacious living room provides stunning sea views through large windows. The villa has five bedrooms – one with beautiful sea views – and three bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the others can be used as double or twin rooms. Two bedrooms are in the basement with small skylights and stay pleasantly cool in summer. Air conditioning is available in the living room and in two bedrooms. A large terrace in front of the garden and a shady pine grove invite you to relax. From the front garden, it is only a few steps across the well-kept lawn to the sandy beach and turquoise sea. A decorative bamboo fence separates the house from the neighboring property.
