"Amber, at the Reception Desk was so nice and helpful. She told me where close restaurants were and that was just what I needed after a long drive. My room had been upgraded to a king suite with a walk-in shower and that was spectacular!!! I didn't eat breakfast there because I preferred to sleep late. The bed was so comfy!!! I slept soundly each night. No noise to be heard. The only thing I didnt like was there was no Diet Dr. Pepper in the cold case. Coke products, which I drank, but not my...

"The staff was great, the hotel is very plain. This property really needs a renovation, poorly decorated. The inside windows were dirty, the bathroom tub stopper was unscrewed and laying on the outside edge. Clean, friendly, but needs more "care"! Attention"

"Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear."

"The stuff was friendly, helpful and kind. I had never stayed in this hotel before so I didn’t know what to expect. I believe it was recently renovated. It’s a beautiful hotel from the outside to the inside and including the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet which made it easy to to fall asleep. "We didn't use the casino, but I can say the pool was lovely. The staff were amazing. They were accommodating to our needs and made our stay smooth. "

"Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart."
