    Te ofrezco mi nuevo hogar con modernos acentos europeos, ubicado en el centro de Puerto Vallarta, cerca de la conocida playa "Playa Camarones" y del famoso "Malecón", el paseo marítimo de la ciudad siempre concurrida de Puerto Vallarta.
    A pocos minutos a pie se encuentran las tiendas, el mercado local de pescado y frutas, restaurantes, bares, playas, parques. Llegarás al estadio deportivo local en 10 minutos a pie y al famoso paseo marítimo, llamado Malecón.

    Disfrute de la piscina privada climatizada con energía solar, del jacuzzi privado al aire libre para 6 personas, de las amplias terrazas para tomar el sol, parcialmente cubiertas, de un tranquilo salón común frente a la piscina y de muchas más comodidades que mi propiedad tiene para ofrecerle.
    Mi exquisita casa lo tiene todo en 3.600 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable: vistas panorámicas, una cocina gourmet, A / C en todas partes, un garaje cerrado con un control remoto.
    ¡Te ofrezco llamadas telefónicas gratuitas ilimitadas dentro de México y a EE. UU., Canadá, América del Sur y Europa!
    WiFi en toda la propiedad con hasta 35 MB / s.

    Sala: 55 "4K Smart TV y APPLE TV, TV por cable con algunos canales en inglés (f. E. CNN, FoxNews), sistema de sonido con BlueTooth.

    Tenga en cuenta que la casa está en una pequeña colina que ofrece una hermosa vista, pero también significa que la calle es empinada para una pequeña cuadra si camina. Si conoces a Puerto Vallarta en absoluto, esto es bastante común ya que las colinas son una de las atracciones. Para aquellos que conducen, usted tiene su propio garaje completamente seguro para estacionar. También los taxis, UBER y tarifas de autobús son muy baratos.

From the moment we found this booking we decided to stay in this area which was different from our usual trips to Puerto Vallarta. Claus was very helpful from the start and through the very end of our stay. We hope to get the chance to come back and stay here again.

We had a great stay at Villa Europa. The pictures do not quite convey the gorgeous views and the wonderfully multi-level living. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities, the beds were comfortable, the WIFI very good and the water pressure amazing. But our highest praise goes to Claus who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Host was always available and dealt with any issue in a timely manor. The home was located in a great area , close to many restaurants, cafes, fish market and the beach. The house was ideal for 3 couples, well designed, decorated and clean. We had an awesome stay. Thank you Klaus.

Great stay in PV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was pretty central to everything and we were able to walk to the beach and some great restaurants. We loved that all the bedrooms had private bathrooms and king size beds. I highly recommend property.

Great views, location, property

We had a wonderful stay in this Villa. A central location, it is easy to walk to beach and most of PV but you also feel like you’re in a true neighborhood. Claus is an excellent host. We will stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The home is in a great location and is very spacious and well equipped. It also has an incredible view! Claus was very helpful and attentive. We hope to return!

Fantastic home, location, and host!

The property is BEAUTIFUL and an easy walk into town for food, drinks, and beach. Claus greeted us upon arrival to show us the house, was helpful in connecting us with a local driver, and wished us farewell upon departure. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Claus!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Europa.Claus is a wonderful host and the area is very interesting. There's some great restaurants nearby. The hill is a challenge at 1st but easily managed. Thank you Claus!

Wonderful property

We stayed at this property for 10 days in November 2023 and had a wonderful time. The property is large and beautiful and the location is fantastic. We walked to the beach, malecon and restaurants daily with ease. We felt safe and secure in the house and the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this property. Owners were wonderful to us.

Loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back

Claus was amazing and super helpful. The house is bigger then it looks online and has lots of places to sit and gather and eat and the kitchen has a blender that worked amazing. 5 stars out of 5 loved every minute spent here

Great base for exploring PV

Well equipped and very spacious Villa, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Claus, the owner, very helpful and accommodating, nice views from the two terraces and would definitely stay here again. Chef available if you require dishes prepared and cooked for you on site ! Overall a great place !!

Amazing Views & home

We stayed at Villa Europa for 8 days and our stay there was amazing. This home has about 5 floors, with a pool & hot tub. The views of the city & ocean from the top floor were breathtaking! The neighborhood has delicious restraunts & cute coffee shops just walking distance. Claus was a very nice, welcoming, & attentive host. Another great stay

We had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. Communication was clear and responsive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We’ve stayed here before and loved it, but this time was even more exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Son’s 15 birthday trip

It was 6 of us total. 4 adults 1 teen and 1 child. It was a great time. The house is amazing, with a great location. We loved all the amenities and the privacy. It was really clean and had everything you needed. The host are very friendly and super responsive. I would stay there again.

Amazing PV home in Cinco deciembre

Such a great stay in Claus' home!We immediately felt right at home in this spacious 3 bedroom home on the hill. Great views from both terraces! Only 1 hill to climb. And very close to everything. We had family come to visit, and everyone had their own space. Highly recommend!! We are coming back

Calming, spacious retreat

Very pleasant with beautiful views from all outdoor areas. Claus was very friendly, attentive and always available. No negative issues with any part of our stay. Uber transportation accessible. Beautiful experience

Beautiful home, the pictures don't make justice on how Beautiful the house is. Amazing views. Close to the downtow. Close to stores. The owners was very responsive. I will book it again for sure.
