"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Puerto Vallarta. Lower key and away from the crowds were what we were looking for, so this house was perfect. The view is amazing. The host was very easy to get in contact with and responds quickly. Both breakfast with Conchi and massages with Erika were great and very easy to coordinate. We loved this house and hope to return very soon!"

"We loved X1 at Porta Fortuna. Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. Adriana and her team were extremely helpful, and Rosa cooked a wonderful breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning."

"The Hacienda is fantastic! Upon entry it is like entering a dream - everything looks and is inviting and brilliantly clean! Being met at the door and helped by the staff was nothing short of outstanding! The food, service, help, care and kindness given by the staff was outstanding and they deserve 10 stars! Bucerias is not the prettiest location but it is safe, nice restaurants nearby and the beach extremely close… the beach is huge, the waves or current too strong (in April) for young children...

"Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. "This property is in a wonderful location right on the sea. With great swimming pool and nice garden. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and where able to ho out everyday, even with small children. The house itself wasn't so comfortable. The main bedroom was spacious, comfortable and good bathroom. The two rooms in the upper floor don't have glass windows so the options are to be with the wooden doors closed, that makes the room very dark which is good to sleep but no to be during the day, or...

"Todo nos pareció maravilloso. El check-in, la suite, los restaurantes, la playa, el servicio de la gente, el mantenimiento que se le da a la propiedad; había gente arreglando jardines, pintando corredores y cuartos, etc. La comida en restaurantes de especialidades muy buena. La del buffet no tan buena. Había mucha variedad pero le hacía falta sazón y al pasar las horas la comida del buffet ya no parecía muy apetecible. Reconocimiento al chef Esteban, a Pancho en los ceviches, Brenda en actividades. La señorita Saira en la cafetería debería tomar un curso de amabilidad y trato con clientes… su actitud y trato muy grosera. Pero en general una maravillosa estancia. Gracias Hyatt Ziva! "
