Puerto Vallarta vacation

We found the property to be exactly as described. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Location was very good...central to restaurants, night life and the beach. Jorge was very attentive as were all employees that we came in contact with. We had a fun, restful and enjoyable time.

We chose the property due do its proximity to our friends and family in the area. We also chose it for the pool area. We aren’t beach people, so we were looking forward to spending our time relaxing by the pool. 2 days before we were to arrive, management messaged us to tell us the pool was closed, but the small pool would remain open. This was very disappointing for us. I wish they would have told us much earlier, I’m sure the pool renovations have been months in the planning. Anyway, got to the condo and we were very pleased with the rooms and decor. Went to the pool deck to check it out. There were only 9 deck chairs for suntanning, but had to make the best of it. We came back down and unpacked. I noticed in the dining room table there were finger nail clippings on one side of the table. I messaged the Vrbo contact and they said they would send someone to clean it. I said don’t worry, we did. Later that day I realized that the ice machine and water wasn’t working in the fridge. Again, I messaged. They said the owner had turned it off, but we could drink the water from the sink. I said, I guess I’ll have to buy ice though. No response. Later in the week, we had some friends over for dinner. I was pulling out the dishes and noticed 4 dead insects on one of the plates. About a week after we had been staying there, we began to run out of soap, toilet paper, etc.. Somebody dropped some off. Overall, a nice place. Nice staff. Great location.

Great place in the middle of The romantic zone

The place was very clean and well outfitted with everything I needed. Quiet at night so sleeping Wes great. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was perfect. It also seems to be very secure with very pleasant doormen.

Fantastic Roof Top Pool Area

Great location in the "BB" area. Condo 510 fairly quiet. Great comfy king bed. Lots of closet space. Two full bathrooms a big plus. Large balcony with large windows, no ocean view, but interesting. Pool area with two pools, an ice fridge and regular cooling fridge to take up refreshments and snacks to share with friends. Only concern was I would have expected dishwasher, laundry, shower soap and cleaning cloths that usually come with higher end rentals. Maybe just an oversight? Otherwise really enjoyed our 1 week stay.

Fantastic condo in heart of old town/zona romantica

Awesome condo in the Nayri building on basilio badillo, in the heart of old town/zona romantica. Steps to all the restaurants and nightlife, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo is in the back of the building, 5th floor, so is super quiet, and has a great view of the mountains, and even a slight view of the ocean from a specific angle. Balcony is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Bed is super comfortable, got a great night's sleep. Two flat screen TV's- one in living room, one in bedroom. Solid internet connection. Great oversized couch with chaise in living room that pulls out for another bed (upgraded from the one featured in the current pics). Washer/dryer off of the kitchen is super convenient. The rooftop amenities are fabulous, with a beautiful view from the infinity pool and the infinity hot tub, and an outdoor kitchen/ice machine. Great gym. A dry sauna. Two massage "cabins" on rooftop as well which you can book services for through the spa on the ground floor. Very friendly security staff. This is a spacious 1 bedroom/2 bath condo- the current pics do not do it justice. I extended my stay by 5 days because I couldn't leave. :) Thank you Sandra/Bay Properties for a lovely stay!

Super stay!

The unit and Nayri building are great. The door people are all very welcoming. One gentleman (name started with a C ?) was always smiling and happy to see us. Christine was there to let us in and made things very easy. Unit was clean, memory foam bed was nice, the balcony area was very nice for morning coffee. A short two floors below the pool. The best part was how quiet it was compared to units facing Basillo. Pool is great, closeness you the beach is awesome, next to Pachos, walking distance to everything! Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

This condo location couldn’t be better. Just steps away from the beach and restaurants. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, and the bed and pillows were the prize…so Super Comfy!! I didn’t want to leave. The pool is beautiful, the whole complex was 5 Star.
