This state-of-the-art 3 bedroom flex, 3 bath condo is located in Avalon, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Amapas District. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment on the 10th floor (11 floors in the building) comes with an open plan Italian kitchen and living room. We have the best sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.
The space
This flex apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with two separate bedrooms and one flex bedroom which can be opened and closed easily with sliding pocket doors. There is a full-size washer and dryer equipped with detergent. We offer Nest AC throughout the apartment.

The master bedroom is a realm of luxury, featuring a plush king-size bed and direct access to the condo's private pool. This bedroom serves as a tranquil retreat, offering both comfort and exclusivity.
The second bedroom is a flexible space, equipped with two twin beds. It can be easily opened or closed to the living area through sliding doors, offering a versatile solution for privacy or open-plan living.
The third bedroom, cozy and well-appointed, features a full bed and a small balcony. This room, along with the second bedroom, shares access to a bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests.
A highlight of Avalon 1004 is the expansive terrace. This outdoor haven is not just a space but an experience in itself. It features both relaxing and dining areas, providing the perfect setting for any mood or occasion. The centerpiece of the terrace is the private pool, from which you can soak in the panoramic views of the city's mountains. Whether you're sunbathing, dining, or taking a refreshing dip, the terrace offers a unique and luxurious outdoor living experience.
The Skybar of Avalon is unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta. It contains breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay and city. We have 2 beautiful infinity pools, the blue Miami-style pool is heated with a jacuzzi and luxurious tanning beds. The Green Ecological pool was built with the jungle in mind. This beautiful pool fits right in with the surrounding jungle so you feel like you are floating with the trees. The pool also has luxurious tanning beds.
The building has 24-hour security staff in the lobby.
Situated on the 10th floor of the Avalon building, Avalon 1004 provides guests with easy access by an elevator (which is located next to the entrance door) to the building's amenities while maintaining the exclusivity of a high-end condo. Enjoy the ocean views, and have a magnificent time. Have the vacations that you always wanted, the Avalon condos are only 5 minutes by car from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and many more attractions!
Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym.
The building also offers a gym, pool, and sky bar.
Important Notes
SECURITY DEPOSIT
-On arrival, we ask for a $1,000 USD security deposit, refundable at check out in case of no damages (It has to be done at check-in with a physical credit card), otherwise, we send the confirmation email with the pre-check-in form and can be paid online. (Both methods will be returned 3 days after checkout.)

CHECK-IN: 3 pm,
All pertinent information will be provided via email on the day of the check-in. If you want early check-in please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for early check-in.
-Face-to-face or virtual check-in is available to you, you will choose this through your guest portal upon booking your reservation with us.
Face-to-face includes you contacting us and telling us when you will be arriving at the property so that we may greet you in the lobby.
-You will sign an agreement to follow the rules of the building, this is mandatory.
-We will take you to your apartment and answer any questions you may have.
Virtual includes that you can arrive anytime after 3 pm.
-When you arrive in the lobby you will be required to sign an agreement to the rules of the building.
-Then you may go to your apartment which is accessed via door code.
CLEANING: Daily cleaning is included in your reservation.
-The cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. You need to schedule your cleaning through your guest portal or by contacting us directly.
-Cleaning is not available on Sundays or holidays.
-Cleaning services include making the beds, sweeping and mopping the unit, programming the dishwasher (dishes should be inside), and providing clean towels.
-Cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning.
-If you would like the housekeepers to clean the kitchen or wash the dishes it has an extra cost of $50 USD per day.
-Dirty dishes or kitchen after check out will be an additional cost.
-Any extra cleaning service that you might need during your stay can be provided for an extra fee, just ask in advance.
-If the apartment is left extra dirty there will be an extra fee applied after check out dependent upon how long it takes for the cleaning team to return the apartment to its normal state.
ELECTRICITY
-Our hosting service includes 25kW free per day. This electricity is enough to enjoy your stay, you can use everything as usual (including the air-conditioner), but we highly recommend you turn the lights and air-conditioner off whenever you’re not using them. We desire to be as energy-conscious as possible for the future of our planet and we hope you will feel the same and work with us to consume only the electricity we need to live comfortable lives. We will apply an extra charge per kW if you exceed the 25 kW per day, this is determined by the utility company and we have no control over the possible cost of this. The electric meter usage is recorded before and after your stay to monitor the usage.
AMENITIES
-We provide some courtesy drinks upon arrival (you can find them inside the fridge) they are free and they are only provided once at check-in.
-We provide L’Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion as a courtesy during your stay. Please don’t take the amenities at your checkout otherwise you will be charged per bottle.
-We provide five-star hotel towels and bed linen for your comfort if we find stains that cannot be removed or any of those missing we will charge the cost of each object as new to replace it.
CHECK OUT: 11 am
All pertinent information regarding the checkout will be provided via email one day before the checkout. If you want a late check out please let us know via the guest portal or contact us directly. There is a fee for late checkout.
-At your check-out, we will ensure that everything is correct at the apartment (this means there are no damages or missing objects), that’s why we ask you to respect your check-out time, otherwise, if you leave the flat and we find anything unusual, we will charge through your reservation.
-Our check-out time is at 11 a.m. If you need more time please get in touch with someone from the team to check if it’s possible. Late checkout has an extra cost through your guest portal.
If you leave the unit after 11 a.m. without notice we will apply a penalty fee.
VISITS
-Visitors are allowed, but only two people at a time.
-Visitors cannot stay at night to sleep.
-Visitors should be authorized before arrival. Please send us an email or message with the following information: Your name, condo number, visitor's full name, and time of arrival.
-Visitors should respect the condo rules.
-If you have more than two people visiting without permission, we will apply a penalty fee.
GENERAL
-Parties are strictly prohibited.
-Volume of music should be kept at a low level.
-We reserve the right to evict any guest who does not comply with the rules of the unit. We also reserve the right to fine for inappropriate behavior.
CLEANING
• Schedule cleaning from 9 am to 1 pm (no Sundays) with your concierge.
• Optional daily service includes bed-making, sweeping, mopping, dishwasher setup, and fresh towels.
• Kitchen cleaning costs an extra $25.
• Extra services available for a fee if requested in advance.
CHECK-OUT
• Leave by 11 a.m. to avoid a penalty.
• We’ll check for damages or missing items before refunding your deposit.
VISITS
• Two visitors allowed at a time.
