Blue Water Beach House 5BR Beachfront

Blue Water Beach House is designed so that you may enjoy the beach and the sunset while inside. The tall ceilings, large living room, and expansive patio make for an engaging place for friends and families to make memories. The pampered chef kitchen is very well equipped and has two ovens. Every bedroom has a King size bed except the bunk room that sleeps 7. The detached 1br Casita offers privacy, a pull out sleeper couch in the living room, and its own kitchen. Total capacity 17 people.

There is shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. You will find beach towels and kayaks for your trips to the beach and an outdoor shower when you come back. The backyard lawn is the perfect place to play games or relax on the hammock and read a book. At night the fire pit is the spot for a great conversation while looking at the stars over the ocean.
Do not walk across or let your children play on the boat ramp access or sea wall. It can be slippery with sand or lead to a fall.

The house was perfect for my family, 7 adults and 4 kids. It was great having the casita out back for my wife and I to enjoy quite mornings and nights. The front patio is huge and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very Nice Place!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very much like shown in the photos. The home is a bit worn down and could use some maintenance. And might have been nice to know up front what necessities (I.e. laundry detergent, additional garbage bags) we might need to bring. But overall, a beautiful home in a beautiful location.

Property needs updating and not as advertised.

I'll begin with the good - Our host was very response and pleasant. Beyond that positive we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the home for the price we paid. Front entry was less than appealing and the fountain was drained. The home was 'clean' but not exactly to the standards of our other guests. We did a once over cleaning the fridge doors/handles as well as the oven and the backsplash behind the cook top. The bedrooms were OK and the bathrooms needed some repairs as there were cracked tiles. We stripped the sheets on the last day before we left and our guests wish they hadn't. Mattress pads in one room were stained with yellow spots and in another room it appeared to be blood stains. Chairs were splattered with bird droppings on the patio and evidently were that way for some time as we tried to scrub them to no avail. The grill has seen better days. It was beyond cleaning. There was a fire pit but no wood and no where we saw to buy. There was a hot tub but is was drained and covered so it was unavailable to us. The stairs leading to the beach were steep and had no handrails. Road leading to the property (3 miles) was a dirt road full of pot holes and treacherous speed bumps. Made trips to town slow and undesirable. Different levels in home made it dangerous. Casita also needed updating. Heating/Cooling system was loud as was the fridge in the Casita. And no fault of the property but black flags plagued us the entire time. Made it difficult to sit outdoors.

Celebrated my Daughters 18th Birthday

A group of 11 of us stayed at this beautiful rental and had an amazing time. The house had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The beds and pillows were incredibly cozy, and the view was absolutely stunning. With 4 king beds, each paired with its own bathroom, it was perfect for our group. We loved having coffee each morning on the patio and appreciated the peace and privacy of the beach, especially being at the far end of Las Conchas. Thank you for such a wonderful stay; we will definitely be back!

Beautiful House

The house was beautiful and comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the manager was quick to respond to electrical issues we had because of the neighborhood. It had everything we needed for a lovely stay. I would recommend this home to anyone. It was a little tricky to find in the community.

Great house with a great view

This is a great house in the quieter end of Las Conchas. Huge patio and perfect kitchen/living area for us. There is a hot tub but I was not sure if we were allowed to use it so we left it alone. I loved the three hammocks in the fake grass area just below the patio. All the bedrooms were super clean and the hot water was almost instant in the showers which I find unusual for houses down there. You usually have to turn it on an wait for a while. The only two knocks I could have is that the TV in the main area is older and we could not bluetooth or airplay to it to watch US programs. With no satellite is would be essential to move one of the newer TV's in one of the bedrooms into the main room for the future. Also the signage on the gate needs to be updated. It shows a different name than the one online and the Lot Number and Section number could be more prominent. All in all it was a perfect place to stay and we are already looking at booking it again for two trips next year.
