"This is the first time we have stayed at this property. The location, accommodations and staff were fantastic. I was especially impressed by the customer service provided by the staff. Every staff member greeted us personally, asked if we needed anything and invariably wished us a good day. The staff alone made our stay a pleasure-able experience. "

"The location is perfect for a family reunion. The hotel is a landmark that can’t be ignored. Staff could not have been more accomadating. Even with elevator upgrades in process the ambiance was still impressive. "

"Everything was great here except for parking. You need to check in before Parking in the designated desk, otherwise you will have to pay the regular parking rate. Also, there’s no access directly from the parking garage to the hotel."

"Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! "

"The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything a person needs in a city! The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the staff is great and the food amazing. What more could you want. Oh...there is a car to drive you to dinner or somewhere in the city if you need a ride!"

"Pro: relatively new hotel with decent size. Friendly staff, nice neighborhood, close to tourist attractions. Nice terrace restaurant next to zhe pool. A trader Joe's is about 15 minutes walk away. Cons: Fees are high including $35 per night resort fee and $50 per night self parking, but those seem to be common in that area. No safe or microwave in the room. Pool is very small and packed with people, so guests have to reserve spot to get chairs. Overall, still a good stay."
