This charming 2BR cottage is just a stone’s throw from P-town’s epic nightlife and beaches. Take a 2-minute stroll to Commercial Street for eclectic dining, shopping, and nightlife. The Boatslip’s famed Tea Dance is just steps from your rental! Lay out on their sundeck and take a dip in the sparkling beachside pool. Stay for the daily 4:00pm Tea Dance, an electric outdoor dance party with music by resident DJ Maryalice. Take your provided beach chairs and umbrella and walk just 10 minutes to the sand at Dog Beach.

One highlight of this home is the charming screened porch, furnished with a table and seating for alfresco meals, and string lights for evening ambience. For more outdoor excellence, there is a cozy, inviting balcony.

The interior boasts a comfy living room where you can gather and watch favorite shows on the Smart TV with Roku and Apple TV, as well as cable. Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a smartly hidden mini-fridge and a separate freezer. Convenient appliances include an electric stovetop and a four-in-one oven (microwave, convection oven, toaster oven, and warming oven). There is a breakfast bar for dining indoors.

This two-story cottage sleeps up to four guests between two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed. The primary bedroom opens to a private balcony. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower and heated floor. Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
