Villa Blue Heaven-Just Steps to Beach and Turquoise Water - Best Sunsets!

Beautiful Villa Blue Heaven is on the beach in Sapodilla Bay's private community of Harbor Gates. Uniquely designed to provide 5 ocean facing bedrooms with 5 1/2 baths, including 3 King master suites. You will be astounded by the turquoise vista that greets you when you walk through the front door. Sapodilla Bay has the whitest, softest sand that you have ever walked on and the calm waters provide for great swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or just lazy floating - kayaks and paddle boards provided. There are also jet skis for rent on the far end of the beach. A short, winding boardwalk takes you the few steps from the pool to the sand. At the end of the day, this sought after beachfront location offers unobstructed, magnificent sunsets from the rooftop deck.

We have a 24/7 security guard who patrols the neighborhood and beach, as part of the Sapodilla Homeowners Association. We also have a monitored security system for extra piece of mind.

Just steps from the glorious beach of Sapodilla Bay, Villa Blue Heaven's main level deck offers space for outdoor dining, lounging, swimming in the pool, or watching for shooting stars at night. Our pool has a gradual 'beach entry' access, which is a plus for younger children. The deck is surrounded by flowers and lush island vegetation and provides seclusion from the outside world. The covered pergola is the perfect place to wake up with morning coffee or spend the afternoon reading, while still enjoying the glorious view. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up on the beach for your personal use.

The house has five bedroom suites with ocean views, each bedroom with a private bath. Fall asleep to the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach. Bedrooms offer both air-conditioning* and ceiling fans, and each bedroom has an exquisite view. Take the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck that has the best sunset views on the island and is the perfect place for an evening glass of wine.

*Air conditioning is metered and is charged back to the guests at current kilowatt cost beyond a $400 weekly allocation. A credit card number will be taken by the property manager at check-in to cover the cost of air conditioning.

The kitchen is well furnished with all cooking and entertaining essentials. There is an outdoor grill and ice maker. But when you don't want to cook, there is a lovely restaurant and bar you can walk to, Las Brisas, on the shore of the magnificent Chalk Sound National Park . And there is always the option of a short drive to any of the island's other restaurants. For a very casual meal, there are severals vendors on the end of the beach selling food and drinks.


The open design of the house allows a view of the ocean from every room, beginning the minute you walk through the entrance. The 32 foot wall of glass doors can be opened to provide a seamless flow between the inside and outside, with screens opened or closed. The entertainment area has a flat-screen TV with cable, and Sonos stereo system where you can stream your music or connect your own device.

For scuba divers, there is great wall diving and is what originally brought us to these islands. There is also access on the island to a casino, water sports, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, golf, para-sailing, and horseback riding on the beach. We've been coming to this island for fifteen years and would be happy to share recommendations for restaurants and activities your group might enjoy. Our island management staff is top-notch and will be available to answer any questions or assist in any way during your stay.

If you are not familiar with Turks and Caicos, it is a chain of islands, with Providenciales (the island Villa Blue Heaven is on) the primary tourist island. Many major airlines fly into the Providenciales International Airport. The villa is about 15 minutes from the airport. This is a world class island and there is something here for everyone. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of this location. Enjoy swimming in the ocean and lounging on the sandy beach, away from the condo and hotel crowds. The house is beautiful and spacious. The views can’t be beat! It was a perfect home away from home. The neighborhood has a security guard, so the area feels very safe. The property manager was very easy to work with. I would definitely choose this villa again! The only downside was trying to keep the common area cool and comfortable without going too far over the electricity allowance. The bedrooms have amazing ocean views and were comfortable and cool. Having beach chairs, kayaks, and paddle boards provided was definitely a bonus!

Fantastic Spring Break

The house layout and amenities (beach, pool, roof decks, etc) were amazing and exactly what our group of 9 needed (family of 5 4 grandparents). Only reasons for not getting that last star are 1) there spots in the house that could have been cleaned better prior to us arriving, 2) the kitchen tools need to be refreshed, and 3) given the location on the south of the island, you need to be prepared for long drives (minimum 1hr round trip ) to get to/from Grace Bay - regardless if it’s to get a cup of coffee or go out to eat

Truly stunning!

We stayed at Villa Blue Heaven for a week in January and it was exactly that--HEAVEN!! There was plenty of space for all of our families (six adults and four kids), and the outdoor space was incredible. The views were outstanding, Sapodilla Bay was so calm and clear, and the provided kayaks, paddleboards, and reserved beach chairs/umbrellas were the perfect touch. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the water! The beach did get a bit crowded in the afternoon, but the morning and early evening times were just perfect! We absolutely loved the ocean views from every bedroom and all the outdoor living space. The property manager, Julian, was so helpful and responsive--we were all tremendously impressed with the services provided by the management company! Any issues (all minor) were quickly resolved, and Julian was quick to respond with recommendations and answers for any questions. Julian and his company also went above and beyond to help us when our trip ended abruptly with an emergency hospitalization (unrelated to the house). I would stay at Villa Blue Heaven again and recommend the house, but I would HIGHLY recommend staying with this management company at any of their properties!

As beautiful as pictured

The home was comfortable, beautiful and looks just like the photos. It felt rather private even with homes on either side. Julian the manager was promptly responsive to all questions. The kitchen has everything you need for making meals.We loved having paddle boards and double kayaks to use when we wanted them.We highly recommend staying here!

We had an unforgettable Christmas vacation at this beautiful 5-bedroom beachfront house in Turks. The home was perfect for our large family, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own privacy. Each room was thoughtfully designed and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location was unbeatable—just steps from a stunning beach with calm, crystal-clear waters. Absolutely stunning - pictures often disappoint but NOT here! My family has enjoyed many great beach experiences but this was the best! The home is also beautiful and well maintained. We didn't have any issues reported in the past with the vendors - even noticed one instructed a family that the house's beach chairs were private property Property manager (Julienne) was very responsive and professional. Only downside (and positive!) is that you are 15-20 minutes away from most services. Also, Julienne warned us about AC / electrical. We shut off our bedroom AC during the day and the main room at night. Kept the temperature at a comfortable level. We still went well over (~$350) our allowance. No idea how you can stay within the allowance. That said, AWESOME overall experience!!!!!

Great friends' trip 2024

This place was fantastic! You couldn't ask for a better location with beach access and comfort. Remember to take your beach lounge chairs (already on the beach) and arrange near the water so you don't have anyone sit in front of you as this is a public beach. This was easy and not a problem every day. Driving into town for dinner and casino was a breeze and not far at all. Las Brisas was 3-minute walk and had great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thursday night fish fry is a must!!!

Another week in Paradise

It was our second year in a row at this beautiful home, and we’ve already booked our third. The location, the property itself, the service from Julian (property manager) and his staff, and the communication with Sheree are all outstanding. This is a special place. To be so close to a perfect beach, and yet to have a private, safe, beautiful home, is quite an extraordinary combo. Counting the days until we return.

My wife and I treated our entire family: two daughters, two son-in-laws and four grandkids ages 15 to 20 months to a week vacation. The property is luxurious and spacious. The pool and beach perfectly suited all age groups. The Property Manager addressed all questions timely. Highly recommend this property.

Great Villa!!

As we came in we were greeted with an breath taken view. Great open space that centralizes the beautiful ocean. Rooms we nice and spacious all with views to the ocean. Very nice rooftop deck with amazing view were sunset is a winner view. The beach was few steps from house. It was beautiful and tranquil water. Kayaking and paddle board were available for our own use. Beach chairs and umbrella were ours and no one can sit in our area since beach is public. Manager was very responsive to all our questions and needs. There is security service and house has alarm system which made us feel secure. I definitely recommend this villa

Beautiful home, great location, responsive property managers. Jullian the property manager was the best. Would liked to have a much much better coffee pot and ice machines didn’t work but all in all was wonderful. Remember a/c is extra which we definitely needed this time of year. Family Fun!

Finally, a trip with the entire family... what a dream! This was the perfect property for such a get-away. There were so many fun activities on the island. We snorkled, scuba dived, para sailed, jet skied, paddle boarded, kayaked, and ate... ALOT! Chef Thomas came to the villa and cooked a fabulous dinner one night. They came and set up, got us drinks, served our wonderful dinner, cleaned up and left with nothing for us to do but converse and play games. A very special evening. We would certainly go back to this beautiful villa if we were to find ourselves visiting Turks and Caicos again!

Truly a blue heaven

The property is really as described. It is in great shape and the house was fully equipped. We just added food and us and we were all set. Sheree was extremely helpful and responsive before we arrived. She provided us with a lot of very useful information about the house, the location and things ti do in the area. 50th Birthday Trip

We stayed at Villa Blue Heaven and the property was wonderful! Julian, the property manager, was quick to respond to any issues we had. The restaurant Las Brisas was very convenient for breakfast, lunch or dinner and also great for take out! The kitchen is very well stocked if you want to cook. Highly recommend this Villa for a group of 10 or less.
