  • Rock Spray es una villa de alquiler de vacaciones unifamiliar privada y exclusiva en las Islas Turcas y Caicos. Ella se encuentra sola en una península rodeada por tres lados por las impresionantes aguas turquesas de Chalk Sound. De belleza atemporal, Rockspray está diseñado con genio arquitectónico y excelencia caribeña.

    El primero en las Islas Turcas y Caicos que se construyó con nuestra piedra caliza nativa y concreto sólido, Rockspray, una belleza de dos dormitorios y dos baños, apareció en varias revistas caribeñas prominentes. El amplio camino de entrada y el muelle en dos lados que se extienden aproximadamente 200 pies, junto con un exuberante paisaje, más de 300 grados de impresionantes vistas, acceso al océano abierto y total privacidad, hacen de Rockspray un refugio privado único e inolvidable.

    Este impresionante alquiler de vacaciones en Providenciales se encuentra al borde del agua del parque marino Chalk Sound, un magnífico cuerpo de agua con protección ambiental. Hay un tráfico mínimo de botes, por lo que puede disfrutar de la natación "al aire libre" si lo desea, o utilizar los dos kayaks incluidos en las aguas protegidas. A pocos minutos a pie encontrará la famosa playa de Sapodilla.

Stayed there for 11 days and it was a lovely experience. The host was very responsive when needed. The only thing that wasn't it was the power kept going in and out, the washer stopped working and so did the dish washer sometimes. Other than those few things it was a great time, would recommend.

Was everything as advertised. Had a great week and the kids loved it. Swimming directly from the property was amazing and having Taylor Beach so close was perfect. Loved it!

Truly a unique experience, it’s like staying at a villa on the water but also like being on a boat. Very remote and the views are incredible. The property is exceptionally well maintained and Judy made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended place to stay in Provo.

We absolutely loved this villa and the location! You really cannot get a better view. I just kept saying it’s just so beautiful! My husband and son tried out the kayaks, and my daughter and I enjoyed laying out and swimming near the house. We rented a jeep so we could travel around the island. Las Brisas is close by and we had a great brunch there. Omar’s Beach Hut is also fairly close and we ate there twice it was so good! The host was great. She was super friendly and always responded to any communication quickly. My daughter even left her hoodie behind and she ran it up to us as we were returning our car. Amazing service!

Rockspray was a wonderful truly unique property located a little off the beaten path. Every room in the house has an amazing view. The home has most everything you need to stay in and cook if you don’t want to leave. Some items could use a little refresh but certainly not anything to complain about. There are also a couple of restaurant options close by to choose from too if you don’t want to make the 20min drive into town. Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach are both super close and definitely worth a visit. They are truly beaches where at the villa there isn’t a designated beach area. We had a couple little hiccups initially upon arrival but the host was prompt to address things as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this magical little slice of Turks and Caicos heaven another time.

Loved this property!

The house was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. We really enjoyed being a little bit away from the traffic and crowded areas, and there were several restaurants nearby for when we wanted something closer in the evenings. We especially enjoyed watching both the sunrise and sunsets from the back deck.

We really enjoyed staying at Rockspray. The views of Chalk Sound are incredible! Opening all the doors and windows to let the Tradewinds blow through is highly conducive to relaxation...well, ok, napping. Being able to swim and kayak right off the deck are a real plus for this property. We took advantage of Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches, which are less than 5 minutes away, almost every day. Also, it had everything we needed to cook dinners and enjoy nights in. We got kind of addicted to one the games- Outrage. So fun and funny!

Stunning Daily View

My wife and I travel alot and usually spend our vacations in the Virgin Islands. Our trip to Provo was great and Rockspray was a big parf of that. It was so nice waking up every morning and watching the sun turn Chalk Sound into a beautiful blue that is almost unnatural. The property manager was awesome and we enjoyed everything that property had to offer.

Rock Spray

Rock Spray is an older home and could use some updates and maintenance. We had several issues we addressed with management and hope they consider the simple fixes that were brought to their attention. We personally own multiple rental properties and understand the difference in nit picking and legitimate concerns. The location and the deck are wonderful. If you are looking for quiet and peaceful this the is the place .

Amazing house with unbelievable views… outstanding deck!

We planned this trip for my 40th birthday, our friends and us had the most amazing time! They helped us plan before our trip and we’re easily reached if needed while we were in Turks! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and the house! We will definitely be back!! My only negative comment is that the pictures they have posted don’t do the deck justice… I spent more time on the double decker deck on our 6night 7 day trip than I did in the house (please know the house is fabulous too)… it was such a wonderful surprise! This was the best way to celebrate my 40th birthday! Thank you all for everything!

Most Amazing Water View!

You will think you are in the Maldives, the water is so beautiful. It feels like an over the water house! The deck space is so beautiful and loved the dining outside or inside. We enjoyed kayaking right off the house deck. Loved the layout for 2 couples to share with feeling like you still have privacy. Property management was truly the best, so nice and responsive and even granted us early luggage drop off on our rental day. Taylor Bay is in walking distance and a great place to get great sunset photos. Thank you for the welcome gift when we arrived! LaS Brisas Restaurant has been on of our must eat places for 3 years now, the fish or scrimp tacos are the best on the island. We booked the property from Jan 28th - Feb 06th. On the evening of Feb 4th we noticed a rat in the front facing bedroom ceiling rafters. We Immediately notified the host. Thursday morning the pest control company came by and placed many traps within the house. The evening of Feb 5th we heard a commotion in the kitchen, it was a huge rat that caught by the glue trap from under the kitchen sink. I contacted the host, her response was to have the pest control company come out Friday morning, i stated that was unacceptable as the rat was alive, making horrible noises and trying to free itself. She finally had the pest control come out that night. I also had to contain the rat until the pest control company came. The pest control company fumbled with a snapping trap until it caught the rat and made the situation worse as the rat was still alive making worse noises. We were brushed off by the host stating rats are to be expected. We have been to 8 other Caribbean countries without any rat issues. The host also declined any compensation. I have photos of the rat as well.
