  • GARDENIA VILLA is a large one room 1000 square feet 1 bedroom villa located at Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

    Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (formerly Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) has held the # 1 Spot on Trip Advisor for many years thanks to our unique beautiful villas, friendly staff, idyllic location and unparalleled service. We provide 5 Star service, for a fraction of the cost!

    Gardenia Villa is a stand alone villa with a master bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and a roll away bed (so will accommodate up to six guests), a full kitchen, private bathroom and fully screened in porch. There is also a lovely deck over looking the canal off the master bedroom.

    There is also a beautiful French balcony which overlooks the canal and our lush tropical gardens off the Master Bedroom too. Gardenia Villa is ideal for family's and is great value, making for an ideal choice.

    Air conditioning, unlimited wireless internet access, local calls, daily fresh towels and trash removal with midweek full cleaning service is provided at no extra charge.

    Gardenia Villa is located amongst tropical, landscaped gardens overlooking the canal and is very close to both our centrally located swimming pools.

    There is beach access from the villa, which is just a few steps away to our private beach on the Atlantic Ocean.

    Our street is a quiet residential road. It is not a busy or thorough fare road and dead ends into a cul-de-sac. There are only 7 other residential houses on it.

    You simply cross the narrow road to go "through our own direct beachfront property". An exclusive stone walkway and path has been built for you to walk along that takes you through our properties lush Caribbean vegetation. The walk along this pathway is a short leisurely 150 feet and leads you directly to our beautiful beach and Atlantic Ocean.

    Once you arrive, you will find sun loungers, chairs and tables overlooking the beach and ocean for you to use as you please.

    Sarah and I live on island full time. We're always here to help and answer any questions you may have.

    Our on site team will take wonderful care of you, but if for any reason they are unable to help - we're just a phone call away.

    We provide you with a local cell phone so you can reach out to us whenever you need, or indeed make local calls to make dinner reservations etc.

    We can assist with securing dinner reservations, booking excursions etc.

    Our villas are just a short ride away from Providenciales International Airport.

    If you decide to hire a car we can provide you with simple driving directions. It will not take more than 10 minutes from leaving the airport to reach our villas. You'll be on the beach in no time!

    Alternatively you can catch a taxi from the airport to the villas. We recommend Glorias taxi and you can pre book your transfer with them prior to your arrival. We will provide you all the necessary details upon making are reservation with us.

    Turtle Cove is a quiet residential area - with all the amenities of the busier Grace Bay area.

    We are located on the western end of Grace Bay Beach - you can walk from our villas all the way through Grace Bay to Leeward. You get the luxury of the most beautiful beach in the world...without any crowds!

    Located within walking distance the is the Turtle Cove Marina which is home to many of the water sports providers (we recommend Islands Vibes), a car rental company (Scooter Bobs) and several restaurants (Mango Reef, Sharkbite, The Naughty Gull, Simones, Tiki Hut, Magnolia & More).

    Nothing is very far in Providenciales! Its very easy to get around.

    Please remember that we drive on the left!

    If you need direction to anywhere in particular - just ask, we pretty much know every last inch of the island and can ensure you get to your destination with ease.

A beautiful, charming, well equipped villa at a super reasonable price for my fiancé and I! A short walk to the beach and near prime snorkeling and beautiful water. We used the kayaks which were a great perk. We had a rental car as we wanted to explore the island. There are a few restaurants though within walking distance as well as down the beach. The villa was clean and we would definitely stay here again!

We had absolutely everything we needed: beach towels, kitchen utensils/pans/spices, reliable wifi and air conditioning. The property offers privacy from the road but still just a two minute walk to the beach where there are beach chairs and umbrellas. We often felt we had the beach all to ourselves. The location is perfect, close enough to restaurants but also secluded from the big crowds. Although you can walk to several restaurants, would recommend renting a car, Grace Bay Car Rentals made it easy at the airport. We didn't expect daily (light) housekeeping but it was a nice perk. The laundry is shared with housekeeping and locked at night but they were always happy to put in a load for us. We would absolutely stay here again!

Low key, across the street from beautiful beach, clean accommodations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cute island compound located near the Turtle Cove Marina, Smiths Reef & some restaurants. Not as busy as the main Grace Bay area, but a short drive away. Easy booking and great communication with the hosts.

We love this VRBO and have stayed here 4 times. Luz is wonderful and everything is so clean. We love the short walk to the private like beach on Grace Bay and we enjoy the low key vibe of Turtle Cove. We will be back soon!

House was super clean and had everything you needed to cook a meal. Bed was comfortable. The windows that could be opened all had screens. We had NO mosquito issues. Nice pool although we did not use. 2 min walk to a beautiful beach. We were the only 2 on the beach several times. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Make sure to stop at the store on the way, especially if you are taking a taxi otherwise it is another expensive taxi ride to the store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

The entire property is beautiful and so well maintained. The pool was lovely. The beach is to die for and we pretty much had it to ourselves. The crystal clear aqua water is heavenly to swim in. The Villa itself was roomy and had nice outdoor areas to sit to eat. The staff are all friendly and clean daily! Minor details FYI;There is only one pool and two are advertised in the listing. The laundry and supply room happens to be below the Villa so the staff are in and out during the day.Overall we loved the place!

Paradise! Everything was as advertised. The villa was perfect, staff on the property was so helpful and nice, and the private beach was awe inspiring! Can't wait to come back!

Great Trip

We had such a lovely during our stay. This property was so relaxing and the housekeeping was great. We had access to a private beach and it was not busy. The hosts were very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable.

Short Business Trip

First visit to the island for business. Choose the property based on price and location. I was comfortable, had everything I needed. The beach access was easy, just across the street, and a 5-minute walk to the Marina.The private beach area was pristine, and my favorite part.

Small private beach area with loungers and umbrellas was wonderful. Villa was just as pictured and staff was very helpful. Good restaurants within walking distance. Driving on left was challenging!

Great location and perfect size!

This villa was perfect for my husband and I during our week long stay. It had everything we needed and was in a perfect spot. Short walk to the beach and we were the only ones there. The pool was nice each afternoon. I would recommend renting a car if you stay here. I would highly recommend this villa!

This place was super cute and quite! Just a short walk to a private beach and beautiful waters. We went during their off season, and has the beach to ourselves. Would highly recommend!!

Great quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villas are tucked into a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful beach. There always was ample chairs and umbrellas available. We could walk a short distance and snorkel at Smith Reef where we saw sea turtles! Great neighborhood restaurants within walking distance and many charters pick up at the marina within walking distance. Staff at the property were very friendly and do a nice job keeping up this property.

Great Location! Perfect villa for 2-4 people.

Great condo! We enjoyed our stay. The staff does an excellent job! The only problem we encountered was that the oven is not heating to temperature set.

Lovely Villa!

Beautifully clean and spacious villa! Well stocked with amenities. The tropical grounds are immaculately kept and are peaceful and quiet. Luz and her team ensure that these villas are well looked after and the grounds feel secure and safe. Great location - short walk to the beach, close to restaurants and the IGA is a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Villas

Everything you need for a relaxing and private stay in TC. Clean, close walk to beach, kayaking, snorkeling, near grocery, and great restaurants nearby. Would stay again. Daughter left a purse behind and the staff even rushed it to the airport before we departed!!

This place is paradise and a home away from home. It is very cozy and clean. They try to think of everything you will need and have it provided for you. The house keeping Luz is amazing and always ready to help. As well as the property manager Chris. It’s very nice to be able to ask for recommendations/help from a real person that you can trust. I absolutely do recommend staying here. The whole property is beautiful. Especially the private beach.
