Ambas piscinas son totalmente compartidas y accesibles por las 4 villas.

    Esta casa de vacaciones renovada con buen gusto ofrece 1,500 pies cuadrados de espacio interior y exterior, y cuenta con 2 dormitorios completos y 2 baños completos. La espaciosa sala de estar principal es amplia y luminosa, con un concepto abierto de cocina y barra de desayuno con vista al área de comedor y entretenimiento.

    La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de madera hechos a mano con motivos de cabaña playera con elegantes encimeras de piedra, cómoda barra de desayuno con cómodos taburetes y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, que incluyen lavaplatos y microondas. La cocina está bien equipada con un juego completo de cubiertos, utensilios de cocina, bloque de cuchillos, cafetera, licuadora, horno tostador y todas las comodidades de una cocina casera gourmet.

    El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama King size, vestidor y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene capacidad para 4 personas con una cama queen, literas, vestidor, TV de 40 pulgadas y baño privado.

    La sala de estar cuenta con Smart TV de pantalla plana de 50 "con sofá de dos plazas y un sofá cama para su comodidad, la puerta corrediza del patio conduce al porche grande y ventoso con mosquitero equipado con un cómodo salón y servicios de comedor al aire libre.

    Nuestras características del área de estar al aire libre (en busca de insectos) tienen amplios asientos en nuestro sofá al aire libre y hamaca. Disfrute del desayuno en nuestro comedor al aire libre mientras disfruta de una brisa fresca.

    WIFI y el conjunto completo de lavandería están incluidos sin costo adicional. Cada habitación tiene su propia unidad de aire acondicionado más ventilador de techo para que pueda dormir cómodamente, la sala de estar principal contiene una poderosa unidad de aire acondicionado y varios ventiladores para su comodidad de enfriamiento.

This is our second time visiting the villa with our family. It's a fantastic set up - lots of space for everyone. It's also a great location. We loved the private plunge pool and the screened in porch. I will definitely be recommending to friends!

Our family of 6 stayed here for a week. The house was very clean, spacious, and nice. It had all the amenities we needed to make this our home for the week! Very close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! We loved staying here. The host was great with communicating, and our host on the island (Ariel) was excellent! We will definitely stay here when we return to Grace Bay!

This house was amazing! Short walk to everything and in a great spot next to grocery store. The hosts provide wagons and beach chairs which is extremely helpful! We will absolutely be staying here again!

This house was a little piece of heaven! Great location for everything, easy and fun walk to the beach and shopping or just to grab a coffee or something to eat! The house was sufficiently supplied with all that you may need the pool was amazing and the covered porch was great to sit and relax after a day of beach or excursions!! This house was so cozy and beautiful the beds were amazing and comfortable! The house was so well kept and CLEAN! We can’t wait to stay again at this property!! We are only able to rate as a 5 star but I’d give it a 10!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Colibri Gardens Villa 1 in Turks and Caicos. The property itself was excellent—clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The management were also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the surrounding area. The road leading to the property was quite dusty, there was ongoing construction opposite the villa, and some nearby areas had visible rubbish, which slightly affected the overall impression of the location. That said, these issues were outside the villa owner’s control, and they did not take away from our enjoyment of the property itself. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this villa to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Turks and Caicos.

We love staying at Colibri Gardens. The villa is stocked with everything we needed and the location is great. The property manager was easy to work with and was easily accessible.

Great villa

We highly recommend this villa it was very well stocked with towels and dishes. Ariel was the absolute best to communicate with and the villa was in easy walking distance to all shops, beaches and restaurants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Grace Bay! The condo was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for our group. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space, and the private pool was such a fun bonus after long beach days.The location truly couldn’t be better — it’s within walking distance to Grace Bay Beach, a great grocery store, and tons of shops and restaurants, which made everything super convenient. We loved being able to easily grab groceries for breakfasts and lunches, and we ended up cooking three dinners at the condo while going out for four others — the perfect balance. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, making it easy to feel right at home.We rented a car and had no issues parking right at the condo, which made exploring the island even easier.This was a girls trip for us — three moms and three daughters celebrating a senior trip — and it was absolutely perfect. It would also be ideal for two families traveling together, especially since one of the rooms has two sets of bunk beds, which kids would love.A special shoutout to Ariel, our contact person, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He made everything seamless from start to finish.We packed so much into our trip and loved every minute! We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos. It was the perfect home base!

Charming house in great location

Our family of 4 had an excellent time staying at this house. It’s centrally located in grace bay. The house had everything we needed including the beach chairs and a cooler which was a great plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

The pool was great and private and clean and refreshing after the beach. Grocery and shops and downtown life was walking distance. Ariel is fast and responsive we complained about ac and he fixed it right away. Will def stay here again.

Hidden gem in the heart of Grace Bay

We stayed at Colibri #1 from July 27-August 3, 2024 and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Graceway Gourmet and the Salt Mills. The Villa was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and many many towels. The plunge pool right outside and the spacious screened in porch were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Villa, good location, pleasant vibe!

The villa was perfect for our brief visit to the island. Equipped with everything we needed. Loved the intimacy of a small home on the fringes of all the high rises and resorts. Easy walk to endless shops and many restaurants.

Great visit to TCI

Our family stayed at the rental for a week. The house was centrally located and exactly as listed. Laura and Ariel were both very responsive and helpful. The house was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and other necessities. They also provided a high chair and pack and play for our toddler, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great stay!

Great Place to stay for families, close to everything!

My family and I rented Colibri Gardens for Spring Break this year and had a wonderful time! The house was a short walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants as well as multiple beach accesses. Ariel, the property manager was a great resource for tours and taxi transportation. The house itself had everything we needed to cook meals which was great cost savings on the island. Also, the beach supplies (cooler/cart/sun umbrella) were really useful to have and the pool was a wonderful bonus to have in the late afternoons/evenings for the kids. We would rent here again!

Great location

You can’t find a better location - close to shops, grocery store and beach. We did opt to drive to the beach since beach parking was surprisingly easy. The property manager was super helpful setting up a rental car and an excursion. We didn’t end up using the pool because it was farther from the house than we expected and it didn’t look clean. If you want a kitchen and lots of space, it is definitely a great spot.

Exactly as described. Close to the beach and shopping. The house was perfect. There is a pool right outside. The porch was perfect to sit outside. There was construction nearby but if you were inside, you couldnt hear it. Recommend renting a car if you want to go anywhere besides what is close by. We went to some restaurants farther away and it did not disappoint. Quieter beaches are a little farther away also. We would definitely stay here again!

Morris family trip

We stayed from October 16-21 and our family had a wonderful experience. The locating was very clean and accommodating. The manager was very responsive to calls and any need. This property will be first choice when we return to Grace Bay Area. One suggestion is that a new kettle can be place in the kitchen. Minor details but can enhance someone’s experience. Our family enjoyed the pool along with the babies. The laundry room was a great bonus! Location was close to nice restaurants, beach fun spots etc. Property highly recommended 💯

Quiet and relaxing

Property was just as described. Only issues - a few ants in the bathrooms, and the master bedroom light could not be turned off without also turning off the ceiling fan. The beach towels, wagon, chairs, and shade were great for the beach. There were places to walk to but I would definitely rent a car for ease. Some of our favorite restaurants weren't within walking distance. Make sure you download a map before you get there!!

Fully stocked, central location!

Loved that the house came with everything you may need from enough toliet paper to dish soap to ample towels (bath and beach) to kitchen utensils to beach chairs and everything in between. The furniture was also very nice and the couch seems to be new since it's not the same one shown in the listing pictures. The location is fabulous because it was in walking distance of many shops, restaurants and Grace Bay. Plus the super market was also incredibly close. My only real issue is that the house needs a real true scrub from ceilings to floors sort of DEEP CLEAN. I am sure it's happened before but you can tell it's been awhile and it's ready for another.

Turks & Caicos Adventure

We had a very nice time in Turks & Caicos! This property is off the beaten path a bit but a quick 5-10 minute walk and you were in the mix. We were close to the big resorts, all the great restaurants, coffee shops and beach access. Ariel our liaison was great! He responded quickly and with great suggestions. We did the Kayak tour and the snorkel tour. He was available to answer any question we had while we were there. The house was nice, we loved the screened in deck, which you need because the mosquitos can be rough. We had a few options for pools on the property which were really nice when you needed a quick dip. The house had sand toys, chairs and coolers for your beach days. It was a perfect first trip to TCI. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic Stay by Grace Bay

We stayed at Colibri Gardens Villa #1 the first week of August and we had a wonderful time. Laura and Ariel were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were always available for questions and responded promptly. We loved the guest house. It was clean, comforable, cool and the location was super convenient! It's quick drive to all the beaches and ammeneties. Grace Bay Gourmet grocery store was less than a 5min walk. There is a laundry machine and dryer on the premise that you can use once during your stay and plenty of towels for your use. The kitchen was very well equiped which we appreciated. The kids loved the pool right next to the house and the screened in verandah was ideal in the evenings to sit outside and not be bitten by bugs and mosquitos. The seven of us had a lovely time at Colibri Gardens Villa #1 and would definitely consider staying there again!

OMG the porch

The screened in porch is incredible. We spent almost all of our time out there. Everything is well stocked for the beach. I really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs. Ariel is awesome, super attentive and responsive. Location is walkable to most everything including grocery store. We did have some ants attack the toothbrush holder (once cleaned it did not happen again) and found a couple tiny lizards inside. Really tiny. It’s an older house, and you have to expect that. Or maybe they snuck in when the door was open. With that said, most of the interior (floors, cabinets, tile, countertops, appliances) has been redone and feels like a nice new house. I would definitely stay here again.
