"Check-in time was very late, 4;00pm, the latest I've ever seen. They did allow me to check-in at 3:00pm, but I had to call the hotel on the day of check-in and talk to an A.I. machine which was "harrowing" !"

"Room was in pretty bad shape. The windows were broken and the air conditioner didn’t work very well. The floors in the bathroom has cracks and was completely filthy. The smell In the room Was of mildew and body odor. The ceiling appeared damp during the rain. Staff weren’t helpful. Laundry on site ..."
