Summary:
Step into your dream stay with this industrial-style open loft, where style meets comfort in every corner. Tucked behind a private gate, you’re welcomed by a charming patio with cozy chairs and bistro table—with serene views of the river. Inside, the space opens up with soaring ceilings, rustic brick and an airy layout. From the multi-functional living area, dining & bar space, to the full kitchen. Down the hallway you’ll find 2 inviting bedrooms, a full & half bath next to in-unit laundry.

We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events.

THE LAYOUT:

PATIO:

Tucked behind a privately fenced area, this private patio offers a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the city—yet it's right in the heart of Providence. Set on a charming cobblestone surface, the outdoor space features two cozy egg chairs and a mosaic bistro table with four chairs all surrounded by the sounds and view of this river. The secondary ramp entrance is located on the side of the apartment providing easy access for guests with mobility needs.

LIVING/DINING ROOM:

When you walk into this apartment you’re welcomed to exposed brick walls and oversized windows. There are two sofas—including a sleeper sofa for additional guests— that are arranged around a central coffee table. Past the built-in entertainment center is the dining table that seats 6 guests and is paired with a wooden bar stocked with a Moscow mule starter kit.

SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS
Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!

KITCHEN:
Just past the dining area, step into the full kitchen. Featuring stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.

SLEEPING AREAS:
This loft features two beautifully designed sleeping areas set against striking exposed brick walls, oversized windows, and soaring ceilings all situated beneath a continuous open ceiling that unifies the entire space creating a spacious and airy feel. (The walls do not go all the way up to the ceiling.) The primary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, oversized closet, desk, and additional chair, including two exits for easy access to the dining area or the full bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a wardrobe for storage, and is conveniently located off the living room. A white noise sound machine is also provided for a restful nights sleep.

BATHROOM:
There is a large full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, two shower heads, and double-vanity, as well as a half bath making this apartment perfect for all 6 guests. The whirlpool tub is deeper than a standard tub, so the edge is a bit higher when stepping in to use the shower. Our bathrooms come fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay. Across from the bathrooms you’ll find a stackable in-unit washer and dryer for your own private use.

THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have two free dedicated off-street parking spots in the driveway.

The private entrance to this apartment is in the back of the building and on ground level. However guests have access to the main building for vending and luggage storage. Guests have access to the entire apartment.

We are located right along the peaceful Woonasquatucket River and just minutes from the heart of downtown Providence. If you’re in the mood to shop or explore, the Providence Place Mall is a 10 minute walk and features a wide range of stores, restaurants like Fogo de Chao, and take a workout class at Cyclebar. Right across the mall the Rhode Island State House is a must-see for its stunning marble dome and panoramic city views. On weekends, take a 10-minute walk to WaterFire events along the river—an unforgettable Providence tradition with bonfires, music, and local food vendors lighting up the night. Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
