Living/Dining Room: Two comfortable sofas (including premium queen sleeper) arranged around coffee table. Built-in entertainment center with mounted TV. Dining table seats 6. Wooden bar area stocked with Moscow mule starter kit for guests to enjoy.
Special Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we've tested a LOT of them! The Riverfront Loft was amazing. Very comfortable and well equiped for our month long stay. Very close to the centre of town and also convenient to Wholefoods and other major shops. Beds were extremely comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer was great. We will definitely stay again!

I rented the property for a guys weekend so we could enjoy some music at the Amica center. The property is in a great location and served all of our needs. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again.

Great location that was about a 20 minute walk from downtown, 10 minute walk from the Amtrak station. No noise apart from some traffic. Having access to laundry and a full kitchen was really nice. The only heads up I’d give, not related to the property itself, is that the crosswalk to reach it doesn’t have a walk sign and felt occasionally unsafe.

My friends and I had a very comfortable and relaxing time at Jennifer’s Riverfront Foundry Apartment Downtown Providence.
The place was spotless, looked like newly renovated. All the details were well thought of. One of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed.

We had a great weekend at Jennifer’s apartment in Providence. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the communication with Jennifer was excellent. Great location, with several local restaurants down the street and downtown Providence just about a mile away. Highly recommended.
