Serene river views and sounds create a peaceful escape in the heart of Providence. Secondary ramp entrance provides accessible access for guests with mobility needs.



Living/Dining Room: Two comfortable sofas (including premium queen sleeper) arranged around coffee table. Built-in entertainment center with mounted TV. Dining table seats 6. Wooden bar area stocked with Moscow mule starter kit for guests to enjoy.



Special Note About Our Sleeper Sofas: Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we've tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found "THE ONE." These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night's sleep. Bedrooms: Two beautifully designed bedrooms set against exposed brick walls with oversized windows and soaring open ceilings throughout (walls do not extend to ceiling, maintaining the loft's open feel).

The Riverfront Loft was amazing. Very comfortable and well equiped for our month long stay. Very close to the centre of town and also convenient to Wholefoods and other major shops. Beds were extremely comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer was great. We will definitely stay again!

Great location that was about a 20 minute walk from downtown, 10 minute walk from the Amtrak station. No noise apart from some traffic. Having access to laundry and a full kitchen was really nice. The only heads up I’d give, not related to the property itself, is that the crosswalk to reach it doesn’t have a walk sign and felt occasionally unsafe.
