"From the front staff receptionist to the managers and also the staff at the restaurant. They were all terrific!!! Provided a memorable stay for me and my family. Would definitely like to stay again in Snow valley hotel. "

"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

"I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. "The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...
