"Great property and a lovely stay. Only comment was location - it was 45 mins - 1 hour drive from Shimla which was not apparent when we booked. "

"The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time."

"I understand that Shimla is a hill station with uneven terrain and narrow roads. Even with this limitation, this hotel has an excellent land area and profile. The hotel must have enjoyed excellent glory in the past. However, this hotel is now unacceptably old and most of the features are worn out. This hotel needs a complete make over before being presented for international standard accommodation. "Pros- Good easily walkable property on road side beside river. Food was good. Staff was cooperative. Location is beautiful. Vibes are unmatchable at bench side of river. Cons- Rooms are not much clean, bit smelly. No facility of room heater. Parking is small. Breakfast takes a long time to prepare."

"Отель находится не далеко от OLS BAS STAND, через рынок вверх по лестнице между двух домов. Окон (нормальных) в этом отеле по видимому нет. у нас был номер 101 там было маленькое окошко с решеткой выходило на стену соседнего дома стоящего в 30 см и на часть пола балкона соседнего дома. В номерах сыро, ванная комната не имеет вытяжки, окошко не открывается. Душ- его нет, это стандартные 2 крана и ведро, из которого поливаешься, шторок тоже нет, поэтому поливаться надо аккуратно. За такие деньги...

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It’s in main Shimla. Few steps away from Oberoi Cecil. We took the room with valley view and really enjoyed the stay. I love the architecture of the property. "The hotel is located c!ose to the Mall area which is in walking distance. If other factors addressed price would be reasonable. Good views from deluxe rooms. However, this hotel has some serious issues to be addressed. 1. Rooms are not clean 2. Bathroom is old and some functional issues..sinks blocks 3. Staff try their best to help. But they could be more welcoming and seem to be poorly trained. At reception whilst dealing with one customer they start to serve another !eaving the first customer...
