"The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again."

"The first thing my husband had to fix the lock, need a better couch, no paper towels, need bigger coffee filters, there were no garbage bags, the air fresheners were empty, there were nails in the floor my husband had to hammer back down but other than that it was clean."

"My children were part of the Austin Diocese Mission, and I wanted to stay in close proximity to them. Great location. Apartment was clean and the area felt safe. Challenges encountered was communication with the host. Delayed response to inquiries and was difficult or slow in some instances. Also, no house rule book was at the apartment and no check out procedures other than a 20 extension charge"

"We had an excellent stay and our host was super responsive. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived; the location was perfect with little traffic regardless of time of day. "Unit needs updating. Bed was awful. Wall are thin. TV is impossible to decipher without hours of work. Guest must provide dish towels, wash cloths & many basics.A friendly guy, but Host has some difficulty with English.Unit Not suitable for seniors nor handicapped.Parking was great. Entry instructions were not clear. Any VRBO provider should try their unit like a visitor and then decide on amenities.As a disabled veteran I would not choose to stay there again."
