If you’re looking for a prime location on the North Shore of Kauai, this is it. Villas on the Prince 34 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home which offers privacy in a quiet, gated, upscale community. This home is delightful and wonderfully appointed and has everything you could possibly need or want for your home away from home.

This split-level house offers a generous 1800 sq. ft. of spacious living with A/C throughout and ceiling fans in every room. Upstairs, the open great room has mission-style high-vaulted ceilings and combines the living room, dining room and kitchen with plenty of room for your group to gather together. The living room has tropical furnishings and lots of windows to bring in sunshine and breezes. Sit out on the private covered lanai and enjoy the awesome garden landscapes and magnificent mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to enjoy home cooked meals. Everyone can spend time together here in total comfort in a designed seating space, where attention to detail is obvious throughout.

The upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom next to it for convenience. Relax on the private covered lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning or the choice of your favorite sipping beverage in the evening. Step downstairs to a cozy anteroom which leads to two large master suites with king beds and private baths. This home is large enough for a whole family of six, perfect for up to three romantic couples wishing true privacy or a working crew of three individuals.

From this home, the pool area is just 40-steps away and offers a professional grade BBQ grill. You can easily walk to the Princeville shopping center, which has a grocery store, ice cream shop, variety of shopping and a superb variety of restaurants with tempting menus and delectable cuisine. There are several walking paths throughout the community to enjoy. The historic charming town of Hanalei is just a short drive down the hill and has intriguing quaint shops as well as surf, bike and kayak rentals.

The feeling of the neighborhood was warm and wonderful. Quiet, welcoming and "homey". The staff at Kauai Vacation rental were absolutely wonderful.
