The location is great both for late lazy mornings and family swims, as well as Six Flags and close enough to the beach for deep sea fishing or beach fun. "Juelz was the perfect host and helped my party of 8 have a great time in Asbury Park. The house is beautiful and a nice cozy spot that is only minutes from the main attractions here. I would absolutely come back here again if I was to be in Asbury Park as it absolutely was a better option than the hotels here."

"We had a friends’ getaway long weekend here and loved it. The property is beautiful and we loved sitting outside by the pool with coffee and listening to the birds sing. The house is roomy and very homey and the beds were soooo comfortable. The location is perfect—-less than a ten minute drive to downtown New Hope with all its shops, restaurants, etc.., but the wooded property is private and quiet and definitely feels like you’re away from it all. We also loved the adorable goats, and fed them...

"home was well laid out. queen bedroom and small bath on main level. two additional queen bedrooms and large bath second level. nice yard. bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. kitchen very well stocked. the only issue was with the neighbors dogs barking very early in morning. i realize this is not the owner's fault, but quite annoying"

"I needed a house a my extended family for my sons wedding. This river home was perfect. The house was beautiful and meet all our needs. The grandparents loved the elevator. The home allows for great together time and allows privacy when wanted. The multiple decks and outside amenities made you like you were somewhere special at all time. Joan has appointed this house with anything you can need . You can tell Joan takes great care of her home and her guest. Her availability to guest is amazing....

"The property is well-maintained, cozy and on the whole I really enjoyed it. Some amenities were missing, particularly in the bathroom - no hand towel, lack of toiletries, no place to put bathing necessities, no hairdryer. These things are easily fixed. A bigger concern is inability to lock individual rooms. I also recommend proving bottled water in the rooms and having coffee available in the morning."
