"Clean room, polite staff, and a kitchenette. Also has a great restaurant on the top floor. You CANNOT bill to your room for the restaurant service as it isn't owned by the Marriott. Free breakfast in the lobby and 24 hour coffee. Walking distance to the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia which has multiple cuisines and drinking establishments. "

"This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel location was central to many neighboring tourist attractions and businesses. The hotel staff were also very friendly. The cleanliness was impeccable. If I have to travel that way again, I would certainly stay again."

"Returned to Motto - great location in Center City 19th & Chestnut. Pretty much walkable - went to UPenn to Reading Terminal Market & Chinatown. Staff was courteous & helped check me in early. I have not tried restaurant/bar but I will next time"

"I loved the location of this hotel, as it is so close to the art museums. If you have a car, parking can be a pain; but there are some outdoor lots you can arrange with for your car fairly close to the hotel. You can load/unload your car right in front of the hotel, which is helpful. If on check out day, you want to do some more touring, the front desk will hold onto your luggage, which is nice. "I love the location of the hotel in Old City. It’s near everything. The Arden theatre is around the corner, there are shops, cafes, shopping and stuff to see and do. The room was clean, lots of pillows, towels and coffee. Breakfast was ok. The area is great to walk around!"

"We made a quick stop due to a flight delay. The hotel was clean and spacious. We were up on the 19th floor and our main issue was with water pressure and temperature changes. The water took about 3 min to adjust each time and the water pressure was very low. The restaurant had limited options so we opted to eat out. We had a great view of city hall! "
