Welcome to Fancie`s PEC, a boutique hotel-style accommodation located in the picturesque Prince Edward County. PLEASE NOTE - GUESTHOUSE-STYLE PROPERTY:
Fancie`s PEC is a guesthouse-style property, not a standalone home rental. When you book the full property, all of our individual suites and the shared spaces (kitchen, dining area, dock, firepit, and hot tub) are reserved exclusively for your group. The owners/operators live on-site in completely separate, private quarters with their own entrance - you will not share any of your space with us. What it does mean is that someone is always close by to help with local recommendations, tee times, tours, late arrivals, or anything you need during your stay.

While the owners/operators live on-site, their private quarters are entirely separate from the guest areas you have reserved. We have proudly hosted dozens of groups - including golf trips, family gatherings, bachelorette parties, and friends` getaways - and have received wonderful feedback from our guests.
