"The elevator was out, The restaurant was closed for renovations, and the unloading/parking area was blocked off by the restaurant renovations vehicles. Given all that, the staff went over and above to help us and make sure we got to our room with our large luggage."

"Charming Lobby, great staff, wonderful pool. People just hang out in the lobby because it is so relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast has many choices. Parking is easy, rooms are clean."
