Imagine waking up to the sound of waves greeting the shore and seagulls singing in the distance. The fantastic Villa Plivov on the island of Ugljan can turn this fantasy into reality for your holiday group. In addition to the attractive private pool with sea views, this villa offers you direct access to the sea.



It's up to you whether you start the morning with a refreshing swim in the crystal blue sea or in the attractive private pool! Let the sun dry you on a comfortable deckchair and enjoy the spectacular sea view. The beautiful terrace of Villa Plivov has a covered outdoor dining area for 8 people, perfect for summer breakfasts with your loved ones. Here you will also find an outdoor shower and an outdoor toilet. If you need an adrenaline rush, a rubber kayak is at your disposal.



With a total of 4 bedrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 8+2 people. The stylish interior of the villa is characterised by modern furniture, wooden beams and the rustic touch of a stone house. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs are three charming double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The villa has 2 balconies. The villa is located in Sutomiica, a small village on the island of Ugljan. There are daily ferry connections from Zadar to the island of Ugljan and to the harbour in the village of Preko. Zadar is an old town rich in cultural heritage and historical attractions. The famous Alfred Hitchcock said that the most beautiful sunset is in Zadar - don't miss it! The old town centre offers monuments from antiquity, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Nowadays, Zadar is famous for the Sea Organ and the light installation "Pozdrav suncu" (Greeting to the Sun). The island is home to pine forests, sandy and rocky beaches and the crystal blue Adriatic Sea. Ugljan is the perfect starting point for day trips to the Telaica and Kornati National Parks. If you are more interested in active holidays, you will find hiking and cycling trails here.

War ein sehr schönes Haus alles da was man braucht tolle Lage direkt am Meer und sehr nette Vermieterin haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleiner Laden nicht weit entfernt und sehr gute Essen in der Marina nicht weit entfernt. Kleiner netter Ort.

Wir waren zu siebend mit Hund und sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren zu siebend mit Hund und sehr zufrieden. Grundstück sehr groß mit Bootsanlegestelle und Blick auf die Marina. Das Haus großzügig und alles da was man braucht. Super Urlaub nur zu empfehlen.

Alles bestens.

Alles bestens. Alles sauber, gross, sehr schön und gepflegt. Direkt am Meer mit Pool. Mit Kindern perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genug. Es wird super geholfen bei Restaurants oder Empfehlungen für Märkte usw. Kann man nur empfehlen. Der Grill könnte besser sein als kleines Manko. Für 10 Personen ist das mit dem vorhendenen Grill etwas schwer. Aber wir haben auch das geschafft. Wir werden wieder kommen

Heerlijk huis op een hele mooi plek.

Heerlijk huis op een hele mooi plek. Pal aan het water met een mooie eigen stenen steiger, uitzicht op een mooi haventje. Alles in het huis is aanwezig, overal airco in huis. Mooi zwembad, lekker terras in de schaduw. Super attente host Lucija die altijd voor je klaarstaat en waar je echt alles aan kan vragen via whats app. Heel fijn.In het dorpje is een voetbalveld en andere speelvelden waar iedereen vrij kan spelen. Vooral in de avonden heel leuk. In het dorpje zelf is weinig te doen, er is een klein beach barretje vlak bij het huis en een wat groter terras bij de voetbalvelden maar nauwelijks restaurantjes op loopafstand. Maar op korte afstand (10-15 min rijden) zijn allemaal leuke plaatsjes met meer dan genoeg leuke restaurantjes. Let wel op alle plaatsen hebben super smalle straatjes dus met een wat grotere auto is het wel een beetje gedoe. Het huis is dan ook alleen via een bepaalde route bereikbaar, check Lucija van te voren voor de juiste route. Het eiland Ugljan is nog heel authentiek, nauwelijks massa toerisme, vooral veel toeristen uit de directe omgeving. Veel kleine plaatsjes met kleine strandjes (Kroatische strand dus vooral stenen plateau’s-kiezels en mooi helder water).Uitstapje naar Zadar is aan te raden, leuke stad en makkelijk met de passagiers veerboot. Retourtje kost een tientje. Dagje een boot huren is ook aan te raden, kost best wat in het hoogseizoen maar wel de moeite waard. Als je een sup of bootje hebt, zeker meenemen. Je kan zo vanaf je eigen steiger het water in.Wij waren met 2 families met 4 tieners die zich prima hebben vermaakt
