"The unit was very clean. Bed was comfy tho the duvet kept slipping off bed and comforter inside also slipped to end of duvet . Everything worked well. The gym was in the basement and the temp was a bit warm. There was adequate equipment. We used the laundry facilities and all worked well. The hot tub etc was not working. Breakfast was good and I loved that they served real butter for the toast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!"

"The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. I didn't dare fill the tub up to the jets and the floor in the bathroom was very sticky. The breakfast was smaller then other...

"I have stayed here so many times when I have passed through Fort Nelson. They are consistent in what they provide; a clean and safe space to get some relief from the road. They are conveniently located to everything you need; the staff is knowledgeable about local recommendations too! "
