"Nice property, not cleaned properly.
Pool dirty, yard dirty, toilet leaks, tub faucet runs all the time. Mismatched towels very cheaply presented.
Sealing fans nice but thick dirt on them we were afraid to start them.
Was asked to remove shoes and we got our reward and had to throw our white socks away.

"Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. "

"The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I saw a screw was loose and the door wouldn't always shut completely, and they immediately came and addressed the issue. The room was tidy and clean, and it was in a central location for my weekend. "

"The room was filthy with literal dirt on the sheets and pillow case, hair and debris on the floor, mold/mildew in the shower. Called Expedia customer service immediately and spoke with Dominic who offered another hotel for an additional charge totalling over $800 for four nights assuring me it was a 5 star facility. Upon arriving there it was also filfthy and seemed dilapidated with every floor at some point having crumbling flooring. The room was again not clean with some of the same issues as...

"It took 30 min to check in. The parking was a challenge and they charged me a destination fee of $40 that they did not disclose when I finally did check in. I am disappointed in the overall service and elevators took a long time to navigate because they were not keeping up with demand. Great location but not going to stay again unfortunately"

"Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. "
