"Everything inside the house was clean, orderly, and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the space as it was just what we needed for our short stay and centrally located to where we had to be. Neighborhood is nice and quiet- house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our only holdup was the gaggle of geese hanging out in the roadway. They politely moved for us. "

"This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four (two adults and two children under 12). The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed—the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook family meals with ease (although we didn't do any cooking, we easily could have). The lake view and backyard are simply stunning, offering a peaceful and private place to relax at the end of the day. We’ve stayed here before, and it’s just as wonderful the second time around. "

"It was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were cozy and the bedrooms each had a TV. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the shower upstairs. Was very pleased with the fenced in backyard for our dogs to run around. Have no complaints about the property. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in process was easy. The owners were very responsive and quickly answered any of my questions. We had plenty of room for everyone! There were a couple of closet doors and door to A/C or Hot water heater that was off. I contacted the owners to let them know, that's how it was when we arrived. It is a seasoned how, that has been beautifully decorated and updated. I'd stay here again. "

"Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive...

"We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"The entire house was simply beautiful, comfortable, and very cozy. It was super clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need all you have to do is bring your food. Even coffee was there. This was a house that you didn't have to steess and wonder if the beds sheets were truly clean. The atmosphere even out side on the porch was super relaxing. This house is a must for me when ever i return to Wichita KS. "

"I didn't expect the property to be so spectacular and well maintained. The 3 day stay exceeded my expectations in every area I could want or needed. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone. The host was accommodating and answered questions by email or in a book at the property explaining how everything works and more. "The house was exactly as it was listed in the VRBO. Communication with the host was excellent excellent. They responded efficiently and quickly. The only setback was just trying to get on the Wi-Fi, but the host remedied that soon enough. It was a great price For what was offered. It was no frills, but very comfortable and met all our needs."

"We love staying in this home (2nd time for us).It has so much room, and we were able to have family and friends over that live in the area for visits during our stay of over two weeks. The kitchen is large and since we like cooking our own meals, it worked well for usComfortable beds!!! Even though the hostess was out of the country for part of our stay, she checked in on us to make sure everything was okay.We will stay here again for sure!"
