"Best was the shuttle driver ( didn't get his name) who met us at the airport and was willing to take out backpacks to the hotel which allowed us to take the Metro directly into the city. Room was very clean and spacious. Best was tub mat with suction cups that make shower doable for seniors."

"Overall, the hotel is quite nice from the lobby to the restaurant. The check in was quick. It’s in a great neighborhood. The main challenge is housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night (we were gone from 9AM to 10PM). I told the front desk the next morning and he made a note to have our room cleaned. It was then cleaned, but we ended up with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for a double room. Housekeeping needs to be improved. You also pay an amenity fee,...
