It is all arranged on one floor, the first, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and TV, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, oven and large fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms, both with a splendid view of the Gulf. Single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower box and bidet. Front sea-view balcony and large shaded outdoor area equipped for dining. On the lower floor there are garages. Since the garages cannot be used by guests or external persons, clients may park a second car in front of them.
