Cativo Flat - Lovely 2 Bedroom Duplex in Porto is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the city of Porto. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to the center, close to points of interest, without the noise of the nightlife.
This is a recently built accommodation with all comfort conditions, well equipped and with lots of light. It has 2 bedrooms, living room with TV with international channels, dining area, full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, large bathroom with hairdryer and storage area with washing machine.
You can also enjoy a balcony and terrace with 360º views. You will have views of the city and a bit of the Douro River.
The apartment has good and free WI-FI connection.
For your convenience, quality bath towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment has quality mattresses and towels. Different types of pillows are available in both rooms.
Public parking near the apartment (free and paid).
There are restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. You will find many options at Bom Sucesso Market, very affordable typical dishes at Casa Alves or fine dinning at the Michelin-starred Antiqvvm Restaurant.
Distances: 7-minute walk from the Douro River, 6-minute walk from Bom Sucesso Market, 5-minute walk from Palácio de Cristal (were you can see the best views over the city and river), 14-minute walk from Casa da Música and 15-minute walk from the famous Torre dos Clérigos. The nearest airport is Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, 14 km (18 - minute drive).

Excellent séjour

Appartement très agréable, très propre; mieux que sur les photos. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse Accueil très chaleureux. Plusieurs lignes de bus à 5 min à pieds et métro à 15 min. Le quartier est calme avec une toute petite épicerie ainsi qu'une petite "boulangerie" pour prendre un petit déjeuner pas cher, juste à coté de l'appartement. JE recommande

Loved Porto but this apartment has drawbacks!

This apartment is up a steep set of stairs from the street, and comes with only one set of keys for the lower gate and the apartment door. With 4 adults there for a week it was very annoying. Joana the manager gave us her set after 2 days of back and forth communication. You enter the apartment on the lower floor which has the 2 twin beds room and the bathroom. Upstairs is the double bedroom (Not Queen!), the kitchen and table/chairs and couch. Very cramped for 4 adults! WiFi worked well. Nice to have clothes washer and drying rack but not much space to spread out the rack. Location is okay but you had to walk either 12 minutes up a hill or 12 minutes down a steep hill street to get groceries. It was a 20-30 minute walk to the center of the historic city. In the upstairs bedroom the windows open out on the stairs from the street and someone else’s patio so if they are loud it is hard to sleep!
