Villa Rosa di Mare is a bright and airy holiday home for 10 guests in Torre Lapillo, with large outdoor areas, near the sea. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning in a bedroom, ceiling fans, washing machine,
dishwasher, alarm system, iron and ironing board, electric oven,
hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. In the garden there are: outdoor
shower, barbecue, parking. Bicycles upon request. Pets are allowed.

The
holiday home is entirely fenced. In the yard at the front there are the
parking, porch with outdoor dining area and sun curtains, porch swing
and sink. At the back of the holiday home there is another outdoor
equipped area which is partly covered, with dining area, outdoor shower
and a full bathroom.
Villa Rosa Marina is basic but cozy. It
consists of a living room with dining area and double sofa bed and a big
kitchen with access to the outdoor area at the back.
A corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is double while the two others are triple bedrooms with
double bed and twin-sized bed. In one of the bedroom there are the air
conditioning and tv, while in the others there are ceiling fans.

Rosa di Mare is connected to the aqueduct and it`s the ideal solution
for a holiday with family or friends, near some of the most beautiful
beaches of Salento and the city centre of Torre Lapillo with its
services.

Villa
Rosa di Mare is in Torre Lapillo, seaside location near Porto Cesareo,
known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. The holiday home
is within walking distance from shops and services. In Torre Lapillo
there are many tourist services, such as tours and snorkeling classes.
Moreover, it is close to worth-visiting areas such as Punta Prosciutto,
Lecce and Gallipoli, which are a short drive away. Bicycles are
available upon request and with additional fee.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in one bedroom, ceiling fans in the others.
