The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large open-plan living and dining room takes centre stage, featuring a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the ocean and the town, along with a dining table and a fan. The fully equipped open kitchen is directly accessible from the living area and includes an oven, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor. Both the living room and the kitchen offer direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, 2 double bedrooms are available, each equipped with air conditioning and a fan, and each with its own access to the terrace. A third bedroom on this level features 1 bunk bed sleeping 2 and is also fitted with air conditioning, with access to the terrace as well.
