"We spent two night at the Heathman. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and any staff we met were friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant or use the gym or other services. We parked nearby and like the hotel’s location. We would happily stay there again."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Portland International Airport, OR
"They wouldn’t let me check in because I had my wallet stolen before I arrived so I did not have a physical ID. They refused to refund me and would not let me check in even though I had my id on my phone and my Apple Pay had my card on it. Such a scam"
