The room itself feels a bit old though, eg the lighting needs to be switched on/off individually instead of centralised control; air conditioning is quite noisy when it is on so I have to switch it off when I sleep. The details of customer experience is not perfect I have to say, for example the toilet sink is too small to fit in the kettle it provides, and toilet counter top is too...

"I wish I had said something at the time but the clerk who checked me in said my room number out loud which shouldn't be done due to it being unsafe, luckily no one overheard. There was no staff available in the lobby after 9pm and they mention they have people available in their lobby cafe at all times but during my stay I didn't see anyone.
