This modern downtown condo accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and a 32" Smart TV. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and a 32" Smart TV. Both bedrooms have room-darkening shades.

There is one full bathroom in this condo, and it is stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. The kitchen has been upgraded with modern new appliances for your convenience, including a full-size refrigerator and roomy cabinets for your groceries, a stainless-steel flat top stove and oven, and a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze. The dining area seats 4 guests.
The lounge is equipped with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. There are a variety of family board games and books on the shelves for your entertainment.

While the condo does not have a private outdoor space, it's within a 15 minute walk from several of Portland's most beautiful parks. There are a couple of smaller parks within a 5 minute walk. It’s located in the heart of Downtown Portland and surrounded by charming shops, lush green spaces, wide sidewalks, and shady picnic areas. The condo includes one free parking pass at the parking garage located a short walk away.
This beautiful condo is only 25 minutes from the state park beaches and the nearby lakes, and only 75 minutes from the snow ski mountains in winter.

Please note the condo is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator. Guests will need to climb about 15 stairs to get to the second floor of the building, and then another 25 stairs once you enter the unit to get up to the living space.
There are two window AC units installed in the summer months - one in the living room and one in the queen bedroom. We also have portable fans available for guest use.
Guests will have access to all rooms and amenities. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. The condo includes one free parking pass at the Gateway Garage located directly behind the building. Amazon packages or others can be delivered to the lobby for your convenience.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

Across from Portland’s flatiron building in the arts district, the condo is centrally located. Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning. The condo was stocked with lots of amenities for the laundry, bathroom, coffee, cleaning. And I always appreciate a new sponge at the sink. There was a significant cleanliness issue the manager apologized for and offered a remedy. I declined the remedy since I was working and couldn’t accommodate the interruption. The same remedy was offered again, which landed like a standard customer service response and less like a creative solution. Renters must sign an additional rental agreement for the condo, which I was happy to do. I was less happy with the repeated daily reminders to complete this agreement during my stay. A technology issue for sure, but not one a renter should be bothered with.During the shoulder season, regulating temperature was impossible. With no central air or operating windows, there was no way to combat the heater that over-warms the space. Southern exposure alone warms the place enough to need an operating window. The blinds didn't work consistently which was an issue for privacy. Uneven comfort with hard pillows & hard primary mattress. Rating: 3.5 for modern upgrades, cost, overall experience.

We were really disappointed by this stay. The photos make the apartment look bright, modern, and spacious, but in reality it was dark, cramped, and dated. The furniture and sheets were the absolute cheapest quality, and everything had that “landlord special” feel — like it was decorated from the clearance section online. The popcorn ceiling and overall wear made it feel old, but not in a charming way.While the place may have been cleaned, it never felt truly clean. The bathtub (not shown in the photos) looked discolored and grimy, and there were hairs in the bed. The parking listed as on-site was actually a full block away, and there are two flights of stairs you have to climb — not ideal with kids or luggage.It’s listed as family-friendly, but it really isn’t, and the unit didn’t feel particularly safe or welcoming. Overall, it was way overpriced for what it is. We left within an hour and checked into a nearby hotel that was cleaner, bigger, and cheaper.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location is fantastic! It’s in downtown and so many places to go within very short walking distance. We did not rent a car because there was no need. We even did a wine tasting sail boat tour (highly recommend but reserve in advance because it sells out quickly) and we walked to the ocean but took an Uber back. Less than 10. The condo itself was very nice. Super comfy beds and very clean. A lot of stairs to walk but manageable. We had an issue when we got home on our first night the door in the king bedroom was wide open. It led to an outside hallway so that was very unnerving but we realized you have to really pull on the door to lock it, so that should definitely be fixed or a sign posted or something. All in all, we loved our stay here and would stay here again.

We were able to get into the building, but somehow the code we were given wouldn’t get us access to the apartment. It took multiple emails and attempts to reach out to somebody and they finally were able to help us.It would have been nice if there was an air conditioner in the bedroom that had the king in it. It was rather warm for the couple who stayed in there.

Truly a Gem
We had a great stay here. The location was perfect and very walkable or Uber easy pick up. The unit was modern and clean in a cool historic building. Must see tip: sunset at Bayside Bowling Rooftop bar!

Cute and convenient
We stayed here for two nights with our teenage daughters and our lab. The apartment is adorable, very clean and esthetically appealing. It is well appointed and has anything you could need. The included parking garage is close by and we were a short walk from all the old port restaurants and shops. Nick and Kayla were very attentive and easy to reach, a pleasure to rent from! We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience and for welcoming our fur baby!

Visit with Family
The perfect location and perfect place to stay in Portland. Minutes from our family, made getting together so easy. So many fun places nearby, walking for sure, State Theater, one Longfellow, restaurants, shopping and so much more.
We look forward to our next visit and will stay again if the property is available.
