Hit some golf at nearby Rose City Golf Course, Glendoveer Golf Course.
The space
Enjoy your stay at this cozy home with a separate entrance, featuring 1 large bedroom with walk-in closet, dresser, 1 full bathroom, huge living room with 50" smart HDTV connected with Directv, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with provided detergent. Free wifi up to 940Mbps. Private entry down the driveway & through the backyard gate. Keyless lock with provided code for each guest. Although It’s a basement unit, its fully bright with a lot of windows. And free street parking.
NOTE: we have a portable twin bed and extra pillow/blanket in the walk-in closet if you add a 3rd guest.
Guest access
Please don't access through the main door at the front. Private entry down the driveway (on the left of the garage) & through the backyard gate with a "Smile, You're on camera" sign. However, please don't use the backyard and back deck.
Other things to note
Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home; however, we have our own entrance in the front so you still have your own privacy. Unfortunately, we don't allow pets.
