The beautiful but difficult to climb down to beach at Porthchapel has now (May 2018) been sadly been swept clean of all the sand in this image by the winter storms, leaving only rocks. From this photo I estimate that a depth of 3 metres of sand has been washed away.

Hands-down one of the most stunning beaches I have ever seen, and the only access is via a very steep trail, just off England's SW Coast Path in Cornwall. It was so steep that getting down to the beach was actually much harder than getting back up! But well worth the effort. #Adventure
