There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. "These little apartments are very convenient. The parking is included, 15 minute walk to any part of old Lucca. The rooms are modern and clean. Large fridge, lots of space. If you arriving by car, there isn't a better place in Lucca to stay."
