"Laid Back" beach side 3 bd 2.5 ba town-home!

Laid Back, the name says it all! If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, then look no further. Laid Back sits on the west side of Mexico Beach, seconds away from the Mexico Beach Canal, Marina, and Shell Shack. Nestled on a side street on the beach side of HWY 98, Laid Back is only about a minute walk to the beach. Recently renovated with updated additions, such as USB outlets in each bedroom. Laid back can comfortable accommodate eight guests with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed and connecting bath. The two remaining bedrooms host queen size beds. The second full bathroom is located on the second level for these two rooms to share. Downstairs you will find a comfortable living space, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area. The living room not only includes entertainment options, such as Tivo TV, but also includes additional bedding with a sleeper sofa. The dining area will seat six, three additional seats are available in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including a Keurig coffee system. Off of the kitchen is a patio area which offers seating and a gas grill available for guest to use. Exterior seating is also offered from the upstairs balcony, accessed from the master bedroom. A perfect spot to watch the sunrise each morning or unwind after a day spent in the sun!

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Quick trip

We stayed here for a few days. The place is in a great location and clean. Would definitely stay here again. The only downfall is the kitchen is not as stocked as some houses we have stayed at. Overall, a great place!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much! The spare bathroom shower wouldn’t come on and they quickly responded and had someone over to fix the problem. A short walk to the beach and canal for a little fishing for my boys! Loved our few days of fun in the sun!!
