The ground level of this stilted home features a gas grill, setting the scene for tasty beachside barbecues. Head inside to find a bright entryway with a laundry closet for easily refreshing swimwear and beach towels. To the side, the inviting primary bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom.

Venture upstairs to find the bright living, kitchen, and dining areas, seamlessly connected for easy gathering and flowing conversation. Colorful turquoise walls dotted with beach-inspired décor create a cheerful setting for long days of sunshine and fun. Come together in the living space, where a soft couch and 2 woven chairs sit before a 55” TV. A few feet away, a round dining table welcomes 4 for seafood feasts or late-night card games. The galley-style kitchen features modern appliances and ample space for preparing beach snacks and meals. Off the living area, sliding glass doors open to reveal a spacious screened porch with sprawling views of the Gulf and a delightful table with 4 chairs.
