"This property was absolutely perfect for my family. First - it is VERY spacious. The condo is well decorated and has anything you could possibly need in it. Everything you need to cook a four course meal for 3 families is in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, couch great for relaxing, balcony fabulous for sunset dinners. Cannot think of one thing that requires improvement! Condo building as a whole was quiet. Pool was never over crowded, and facilities were always clean. 5 stars!"

The property has a quiet relaxed vibe and we loved the pool area with ocean view. The host is friendly and responsive, but we didn’t need much assistance - everything is as described in the listing and we had everything we needed for a lovely family holiday."

"We had a nightmare experience just trying to enter the door code that was given with the directions that did NOT match our door lock. I made 2 calls since it was after 530 and reached a guy that was able to unlock the door remotely, but could not give us directions on how to "wake up" the door lock. Then I was told it would have to be reprogramed because NO code he gave would work. I waited for over 30 mins and had to call back as I couldn't believe a reprogram would take this long as we wanted...

"We had a wonderful time in Cape San Blas! We were excited to be in a less congested part of FL and we loved visiting the multiple state parks nearby. The beach access from the condo was great. The beds were comfortable and the living room/dining/common space and porch/balcony were lovely. We appreciated having an in unit washer and dryer so we could wash clothes before our return home.
